Room is a bit small for a family of 3 even if the bed were pretty comfortable.

Excellent position very close to CBD and all the main city attractions, very good breakfast, good value price.

The room was abit small and no wine glasses and view! And abit pricey!

The beutiful bathroom was glass so nice :) nice deco friendly staff and breakfast was yummy especially fresh pastries :) great location walking distance to southbank :)

My only complaint is the bed was super-hard!

Great location, we walked everywhere! Included parking was great! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and modern! Loved the shower! Would definitely stay here again!

Air conditoner a little noisy, but maybe just not used to being in a small environment that is dependent on that type of heating.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and theatre. A bonus to have breakfast included. Excellent value for money.

Location - great, close to the facilities we were interested to be near to. Service could have been better on arrival, was not impressed with the mannerism of the person that welcomed us to the hotel, she was rude at the start of booking us into the room, her mannerism changed once she saw my unimpressed facial expressions. She is the face of the company, if they cant be bothered being welcoming, then do not be the face of the company - first impressions last! Cleanliness of the room was fair, had to ask for toilet paper from reception, left with no tissues. I was sick one day during our stay, I thought cleaner should've removed room service dishes - she didn't, they were just left there, and we had to take them down to reception. Had to ask for fresh towels, no beds were made/tidied that day, even though I requested to move out of her way so she could do her job, the cleaner was in the room for a maximum of five to eight minutes, cleaning the bathroom only. Breakfast was good, although I expected food items be replaced as soon as they had run out of stock and not let people wait up to ten minutes for food to be replenished (ie bacon, hash browns, eggs and, baked beans).

Was very hard to prepay accommodation over the phone as they were unable to use the work card in person. After several phone calls this was sorted.

The rooms are small and after staying a couple of nights can become cramped. The breakfast coffee (machine) isn't great and quality on offer could be improved.

Travelling from out of town we love the location and atmosphere of this city hotel. Reception area also hosts a bar, balcony and vast breakfast room, as well as many areas catering for remote working. We love the full buffet breakfast included with a wide variety of options available (except for the coffee).

Floor in dining area was sticky. Kettle in kitchen leaked when water was poured which is dangerous. The tea/ coffee selection was limited.

Excellent breakfast . Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Great water pressure in shower. Comfortable good-sized room. Quiet. Felt secure. Great location. Good price.

The parking set up....get charged for parking no problems...but having to set up yourself was a pain that,should not be up to the guests....youtake card details anyway...so why not just charged as part of check in....
