Maintenance of rooms and systems seems to be below what might be expected. The breakfast arrangements are a tad chaotic, but the food quite good regardless.

The hotel is brilliantly located for public transport, and the views from the rooms we select are amazing.

The sofa bed in our suite wasn't really big enough for our kids to share comfortably. We'd been in places previously where the sofa bed was a different design and gave them ample space. If 2 adults were sharing it I doubt it would be big enough.

The view if the opera house and Harbour Bridge was fantastic. The location meant it was a lovely 25min stroll past the warships and through the botanic Gardens to get down to the opera house and circular Quay. They gave the kids free ice cream literally 24/7 so my children thought it was fantastic!

My only complaint and it was nothing major, was the water pressure in the bathroom sink needed fixing and the shower head was very high and not adjustable! The elevator also felt/sounded like it was going to break down but never did.

Staff were amazing, allowed us to check in early and check out late. Room service was delicious and all staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size for 4 people and had everything we needed. Location was perfect with many cafes, fast food and supermarkets nearby. Train station to city and airport also right there! Everything about this hotel made our trip so easy and stress free

The room is a bit old. Our room air conditioning breakdown. But luckily the receptionist rearrange us to another new room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did their best.. One of the staff even give advice on going around the city.. can't remember his name.

The rooms were on separate floors, and it was hard to get to the kids' room with the lifts that require separate access tags for each floor, we were on floor 3 and they were on floor 5.

The location is so close to the train network and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. We went for the Taylor Swift show and I love that the hotel played Taylor Swift music the whole weekend and had the Taylor cardboard cut outs, it was some initiative that was highly appreciated.

Had a heap of customer service trouble, prior communication with the hotel did not appear to be passed onto reception staff which made checking in difficult as we had guests arriving at seperate times due to different flights and some of the staff were quite rude during this despite us having communicated this earlier and being told it was okay. It all managed to be resolved but it took lot of back and forthing and was made a lot harder than it needed to be. Hopefully their process will improve from this experience.

It was in a great location, easy to catch the train right next door and a few great restaurants and shops in walking distance

The hotel is perfectly located and has extremely easy access to the train station. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night and we were able to sleep very well.

The surrounding location isn’t the greatest, but for a large city, it’s expected.

Amazing view! Did not expect to see the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera house out the window like on the promotional photos! Breakfast was good with lots of Western options. Good bus routes into the city centre from quite nearby. Could connect phone to TV for Netflix etc

More power outlets/ bedside power outlets would have been nice so we could both charge our phones etc. In addition to the one at the desk, I had to charge my phones in the bathroom and behind the TV. We were in the standard room but would probably opt for a better room in future because the bath is very small.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed and bed linen was comfy, and we had a bit of a view as well which we weren't expecting so being able to see the fireworks was a bonus

- breakfast wasn’t great and not valued enough - I found mold in tomato that I ate already some of them if you don’t believe, I have a picture - you already knew the room that i booked and requested but you didn’t keep better room for me just waiting for check in first, however you should prepare some room for us cause we booked before check in almost 2 weeks.
