The lifts were made to look secure (ie. Scan card in order to get to your floor) but that wasn't necessary.

Great views over the harbour, and a lovely breakfast too.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The breakfast given was for 2 persons only though our reservation is for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The location is very accessible to train station and staff are very accommodating most especially Maria in the reception.

Buffet breakfast was very good, room and view were stunning. Right next to Kings Cross station, and a short walk to Kings cross, Oxford St, etc.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. I was so impressed with the quality of the breakfast, best buffet I have ever had. Room was spotless & super comfy bed. Staff very pleasant.

Our shower head snapped off while having a shower, but they were quick to fix it. Beds weren't that comfortable, quite hard. Location was in a pretty busy area and cost us $55 each way to get to Circular Quay Parking was an extra $40/day

Our room was ready early which was nice after a long trip. Room was good and lots of room for us with 2 children. Breakfast was great but wasn't included in the price. Kids stay and eat free.

I charge for parking could have been lower.

The buffet meal offered a wonderful variety of choices and the restaurant offered good value meals. The hotel was well located for easy access to the CBD. The view across to the harbour was good. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

They over charged my credit card by $327 which was rectified, they need some more options for kids like a play area maybe

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I stay here often and find it hard to fault. The only thing is that the lifts are a little slow during peak times

Staff was very friendly. Upgraded our room to 9ne with a view of the harbor and Opera House. Loved Becks and Vee who worked downstairs in Cafe. The train was just steps from the front entrance. Lots of great cafes and restaurants close-by. Room was clean and had a big bathroom. Good accommodation for the price.

I found a rubber band on the ground that housekeeping didn't notice, and also later on found a really large cockroach about the length of my middle finger. It didn't bother me that much so I didn't ask for help with it but I'm sure the staff would have dealt with it if I had called up.

Good room size, super close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and bars. There's also nearby unlimited free parking on weekends, or the secure parking for the hotel is decently priced. Wifi worked well. Room had all the basics as well as a bath. I couldn't really hear much street noise from my room even though it was only one floor up. Beds were clean and comfortable with a couple of pillow hardnesses to choose from

Would be great if the bath tub stopper wasn’t rusty Breakfast variety was good just that some of the dishes like the pancakes and mixed vegetables could have been better.

The wooden veneer furniture in the rooms was looking a bit tired.

The hotel is extremely well located, right next to Kings Cross train station. The harbour view rooms have the most wonderful unobstructed views of Sydney down to the Bridge, Opera House, Harbour, and Botanical Gardens. The rooms are spacious and very clean, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet has everything you would want. We though the hotel was good value.
