In the specific room we were in the phone kept ringing so we unplugged it. Also took a while for the fan to cool the room down since the sun was shining in that corner all day, room was hot when we checked in.

Breakfast disappointing - serving dishes not kept updated and some items cold. Had to ask for some of the cutlery. The coffee from the machine was terrible - another guest warned me when approaching it, but thought I'd give it a try. The alternative was to pay for coffee made fresh from the bar. Parking was extra, as in many places during our road trip!

Good location for attractions. Room reasonably spacious & bed very comfy. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurant staff friendly. Dinner was delicious. Parking on multi storey adjacent to hotel. Go to level 3 and take lift to reception.

Only suggestion I have,is a small designated area for smokers, as there are still smokers that exist. people out front near the business is not good on accommodation appearances.

Clean friendly, bed was so comfortable and breakfast was so delicious .checking in late was no problem at all.also very secure😃 would absolutely stay again.

The price. I booked it with carpark and breakfast at first attempt then the booking inclusion changed when i needed to postpone my date for two days, in quiet season. No carpark included in higher cost. I checked later and found if i booked breakfast and carpark separately, my coat could be cheaper. And i don't understand why they charged 20 for carpark. I never got charged for carpark in the other hotels. The reason i chose carpark at the attempt was because when i made a call to the hotel, they told me the bundle with breakfast would also include carpark. This is the only thing I am not happy with.

Very comfortable stay, the staff at Holiday Inn Werribee ensured that I had a comfortable stay with them. Buffet breakfast had the lot, and a nice sunrise view of the CBD in the distance!

the basin in toilet was not clean properly. I found some mark on them. If you can provide a bottle of drinking water in the room must be appriciate.

The coffee machnie was not working in the morning that I had the breakfast. :(. Staff wasn't enought when I arrived in dinning area. only one at the counter to check detail of customer and need to make coffee by the order.

Noise factor from other rooms, ie people talking loudly in their rooms and when people were leaving their rooms - banging doors etc Ended up staying a week at the hotel which was fine due to the funeral arrangements but we had seen three cockroaches during this time. We forgot to mention it to the staff when we checked out.

Staff were welcoming and courteous, and professional. Hotel lobby and reception area was very clean, modern and chic. View from the room was beautiful. Location was perfect and easy to access using all forms of transportation. Walking and close distances to nice eateries, cafes, Woollies, Coles, 7Eleven.

The location was excellent, as I enjoy travelling by train, with the train station being just a block away. Breakfast was amazing - with numerous cereal options, beverages and hot breakfast items to choose from.
