No milk for the tea or coffee. No powered milk on the tray. A dirty and full ash tray was on a table at the front door (outside), but smelt the room out & it was still there, full, the next morning. The curtains were so old, you could hardly move them. Needed replacing.

Location was the reason I chose this Motel.

We had cockroaches in our room. Bathroom taps were coming off the wall.

It's cheap, solid for a one nights stay. The bed was comfortable. Large screen TV. Parking is free. Location is directly across from a Dan Murphy's and close to shopping centres. Aircon worked great. We were able to check in ourselves which made the process quick and easy.

quite aged. Lots of small cockroaches in the room. Mould in the shower plus the shower was not cleaned properly (hair on the floor of shower and stick-on nails on floor near the bed and on floor of bathroom). Also no cutlery or toaster in the room. Can hear people taking all night long

on the wall near the bathroom is a bit of staining that looked like vomit but is probably from metal from within. I would paint it if I was the owner. The rug looks like it could do with a clean wasn’t too bad but a quick do over would refresh. At the switch for aircon there is what looks like black mould which needs to be removed.I didn’t like that cigarette smoke came into the bathroom and main room from a lady sitting at a table outside the room. I did close the window but there is still an opening in the glass panel which is barred. There was quite alot of loud early chat on a couple of days with people discussing what they intended to do for the day etc.

It was cute.Had interesting features from yesterday years. If I had a car good parking sites under building. lots of areas to get food.Seemed to be a safe area. Lots of pet walkers and fit runners. I really liked the art around the mirror in bathroom but there are a few stones missing which if it was me I would find replacement for missing stones. The manager was very friendly and very helpful.He carried my bag up for my room. He cleaned my room until Friday and the other manager didn’t.

bathroom was in major disrepair, potential mould on the roof, mould in the air conditioner, boomed for 3 people and only had cups etc for 2… And no toaster or BBQ.

No Ceiling Fans which would be great if you didn’t want to use the airconditioning. Could not leave window open(room12) as there was a huge hornets/wasps nest outside under the window on the brick wall. They kept bussing around the open window.

Room and surrounding areas were a little unclean, milk was in an open jug, bed had a hole in the side and the lounge cushions were dirty.

Was an overnight stay and close to where we had to be at upper Mt Gravatt. The manager was a nice and friendly.
