Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well appointed cottage with everything you need. The owner generously provided breakfast ingredients, pantry items, and lots of little extras which were well thought out and very much appreciated. The cottage is also in a quiet location only 5 minutes drive from town. Great place to stay.

The shower is a little difficult to manipulate, especially if washing your hair.. Contact with you was quite difficult. Your message is a little unprofessional and return contact also unprofessional. We will see you again in July.

Sam made huge efforts to go above and beyond in thinking through all eventualities and making sure she provided it. My son forgot his toothbrush, there was a spare one there. There were plenty of toiletries provided as well as beautiful fresh provisions to make a really lovely family breakfast (coffee, bread, butter, jams, eggs). This felt like more than a comfortable stay, it was generous and we felt a bit spoilt. Would definitely return. As there was no-one staying after us we were also afforded lots of flexibility with regard to our checkout time.

Such is the attention to detail in creating this holiday haven, that we could not identify any missing item.

The range of complementary essential food and drink items on our arrival at Honey Fig Cottage Bowral was more than we could possibly have imagined and made us feel most welcome. All cooking, laundry, bathroom, communication systems, games and facilities were of such high quality and immaculately clean. We lacked for nothing whether it was for a short or long stay. It was obvious that considerable thought has been invested in developing this venue into a perfect retreat and home away from home.

A very minor point: I would have preferred a different style of bedside light - more like a desk lamp for a reader.

The cottage was immaculate and very thoughtfully designed, furnished and equipped. It was light and airy, modern and in excellent condition. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided and more: the kitchen was very well equipped and basics such as olive oil, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, Vegemite etc were supplied. The host provided two bottles of wine, bread , eggs and a packet of bacon for breakfast. The bathroom was supplied with soap, shampoo etc as well as useful items such as cotton buds and first aid and sewing kits. The TV came with streaming services which we didn’t have time to try. All in all an excellent base for exploring the region. I’d happily stay again and recommend to friends.

Not much to complain about. Not walking distance to shops but happy to compromise on location due to how nice the home is! We stayed on a very hot day so would have been handy to have air cons in the bedrooms as we were travel with a baby. There is an air con unit in the living room.

The hot water completely stopped for a period of time while my son was showering, but then returned again after about 15mins. No other water systems were running. Wasn’t sure if it was because of next door? Otherwise we had a perfect stay.

Such a beautiful little property. Very well equipped property with all you need. Very grateful for the supplies to have a beautiful breakfast. Extremely clean, new and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

The cottage exceeded all expectations, the place was stunning, clean and the host was amazing. We asked for early check in as we had a wedding to attend and the host made it work for us which we really appreciated. There were lots of little extras which were so amazing. Honey Fig Cottage is a delight. Everything about it is high quality - the decor, furnishings and very generous provisions Sam left for us on arrival, including fresh flowers. Wow! It is super clean and has comfortable beds. Sam has anticipated the needs of her guests, even down to first aid and sewing kits. I highly recommend the cottage for a great stay.

New clean and very comfortable property. Extremely well equipped . The kitchen included spices, oil and other condiments. A bottle of wine , chocolates and a loaf of bread were waiting on our arrival, along with eggs and bacon in the fridge. Some medical supplies in the bathroom. Washing machine and dryer really appreciated. The hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend. Don’t be put off because it’s not in the centre of town.
