Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaWe initially booked with Honeysuckle apartments in the centre of town. On arrival, we were told our room was now at an apartment 25 minutes away with another partner of Honeysuckle.When asked to speak with the manager, we were told she was out and didn't know when she would be back. We had booked specially at Honeysuckle as we were with a group of family and friends attending a concert. The new apartment was very hard to find, wasn't a sign posted very well, and was away from our concert. I asked could the manager phone me as soon as she got in, i am still waiting for that phone call. This could have been handled better ( phone call, text message email letting me know a room wasn't available with the property we had booked with). Very disappointed

Australiait needed an industrial clean. It was tired and needed some new furniture one lounge had large splints in it, there was mould on the roof in bathroom,the outdoor furniture someone had put something hot on it.All the skirting boards had the paint off from the use of the vacuum cleaner. Underneath the microwave it hadn’t been cleaned ,never. Sheets weren’t pressed also had a hole in top sheet.Bath mat had marks on .The cleaners need to be taught how to clean or have staff that have high standards so clients will want to return. The name of the suite you give the impression it is top rate not the case

AustraliaI had asked for early check in, staff advised they would see what they could do. understand that it is not always possible. Came at 1 30pm, room not ready, that's fine, came back around 2 20pm, room still not ready ( check in from 2pm??????). Staff asked me the night before check in if I'd like the sofa bed made up, I answered "yes please". Got to the room, which was booked for 3 people. Sofa bed not made up, only 2 bath towels provided and no face washers at all. Upon leaving for the afternoon and night, put a towel and face washer ( the washer i brought from home) in the dryer for a 45 min cycle, when returning to room 7 hrs later, the dryer was still going- timer broken i believe- Lucky it didn't cause a fire! The laundry sink tap also dripped all night. There was a nespresso coffee pod machine sitting on kitchen counter, with no coffee pods provided! Maybe don't have it sitting on the bench at all. I'm sorry that i have to leave this kind of review, I'm usually easily pleased, but this has to be one of the experiences I've had.

it was in the location we wanted. Undercover secure parking was good too. person I spoke with to get car park code was very helpful and polite and the code came through exactly as she said it would.

AustraliaEveryone we met was struggling with the electronic key system. We were unable to exit the car park twice without assistance. You Justin mobile app forces the guest (us) to do all the work before, during , and after the stay. Next time we will prefer accommodation with a regular key.

AustraliaThere were 3 of us booked yet only 2 towels and 2 forks. The blinds in the bedroom and lounge area were broken so let too much light in. The light outside in the walkway was on all night so it was like daytime in the bedroom. Well fitting blackout blinds are needed. The sofa bed was so old and out of shape that it couldn’t be slept on plus the sheets were dirty. The trundle bed only had a base sheet and no others. Since the blinds were broken in the lounge room there was no way to block light or give privacy when sleeping there.

Spoke every day to the reception to no avail. Bath exhaust fan did not work despite informing reception every day with the reply “will get maintenance onto it. 3 days and still not working.

AustraliaWe collected our keys from reception - given instruction to private executive suites carpark and access - locked in a stinking hot carpark for an hour with no way of getting out or access to our booked room - care factor zero. apartment dongle did not work to get into foyer or lefts at 3 separate lifts. We were furious by the time we got out under gate with an exiting car - missed our function start - dripping in sweat - they gave us a smaller room in front section of apartments - outlined when returning only use the black key pad to enter code. Upon our return we could not get in - black key pad would not accept code - we rang repeatedly their after hours number and no one answered,. Waited outside until another guest eventually came to entry 40 minutes later and black key pad didn't work for the either - tried all 3 pads and the white pad opened front doors and we all got in ? Staff had no idea. Morning we had to get a staff member to come with us and open the carpark gates and wait for us to get our car out of the private part and open gates to get out of under ground carpark . AVOID THIS PLACE it has gone to the dogs.
