beautiful location, very accommodating for 2 dogs, extremely clean and well presented, thought out facilities, staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting a beach vacay especially with their dogs.

confusion over pet friendly. pets aren’t allowed in the pool area and can’t be left in your apartment. it effectively means if this rule was enforced guests with pets can’t use the pool. this would of ruined our stay, as there is no work around 😕

location, size of apartment and garden. we loved the pool. walks across the road to the beach. the kitchen was great. Foxtel on demand. the hosts were friendly and accomodating.

We had a great stay, however one afternoon just as I had put my daughter down for a nap, we suddenly heard the sound of a concert drill from next door which was incredibly piercing and loud. Needless to say that was a bit frustrating. It just would have been nice to be made aware of any major works that could affect guests, especially families with young children.

Convenient location to central shops and beach. Staff were friendly, we utilised the pool area quite a bit, apartment was spacious, fully equipped, plenty of room for a family of four.

There were a few too many yappy tiny dogs this time. Also there was someone smoking in a nearby unit

We had stayed here before and returned as we loved the location. This time we stayed in a rooftop apartment which gave us extra amenities and space. It really added to our enjoyment of our stay.

Booked the rooftop terrace for the views but the stairs really tricky and we only ventured up once. The outdoor furniture off the main living room not terribly comfortable.

The location is fantastic especially with the dog friendly beach opposite and the majority of local cafes and shops allow dogs. Beds were excellent. Great to have secure parking on the coast during storm season.

Apartment 7 needs an internal upgrade: feather couch & cushions is not at all comfortable to sit on & no good when allergic to feathers! The main bedroom curtains need to be replaced as they are harbouring mould in the linings. Also, the main bedroom ensuite needs toilet & fittings replaced as hard to flush and taps etc corroded. The shower base needs attending to also as water leaking through grout onto the outside flooring.

If dogs could be in the pool area. Definitely not in the pool but maybe a little area in the shade so they can watch us swim.

Someone below us kept smoking but not much we could do about that as they were on their balcony.

Wonderful stay and we got to bring our pup along. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was immaculate and not a whiff of previous doggy visitors. We really appreciated the large balcony and family room, loads of space and the little extras like cookies and milk were great. We were so impressed, the dog insisted we book again for January, and who argues with their dog!

Nothing I didn’t like - the apartments are not ‘modern’ but they are beautifully clean and very very large.

Very clean and well maintained facilities with very friendly staff. Literally 30 seconds from the beach and wonderful ocean views from the top floor. Location is great as you are a little away from the hustle so it’s peaceful. A massive benefit that you can bring your dog.

Horizons is a great place to stay with a pup, they were very accommodating and were very close to the beach which was dog friendly. A dog friendly park was across the road and an off-leash dog beach was just a short walk down the beach.

The apartment had an old and worn out look. The air-cons were old and only one unit in the living room and one in the main room. Other two bedrooms no aircon, lucky it wasn’t that hot.

There were quite a few dead bugs around the main living area and the floors around the edges were dusty. The bed was quite uncomfortable, not what we were used to.

Great location, just across the road from a beautiful beach. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The air con units worked well. Facilities in the apartment were all in good working order. Lovely small, secure garden for our dog to run around in.

I didn’t like that we had to supply basics like toilet paper milk etc when we are staying for four/ five nights / the air con in both bedrooms was absolutely pathetic We ended up sleeping on the couch and floor in the main Lounge room as aircon worked there , Pool had NO shelter from heat Just put up,shade cloth !!

Hey , great location, great apartment , lots of rules , dog friendly but not if it’s larger than 10 kg so not dog friendly ,hmmmm Just felt that I had to really keep the place clean and air con in bedrooms SuCked ! Didn’t work at all
