We went here to ride the mountain on our mountain bikes and the storage for the bikes is out side however it is secure which is good but idk would rather my bike be indoors

Floors are quite creaky and walls are a bit thin so can be a bit noisy from time to time.

Pricey for what it was but I guess everywhere is like that in Thredbo! Other than the bathroom the room felt dated without much other than a bed, like a dorm room but for one night this was fine. Note only stairs (fine for us).

Fantastic location (central to village, close to charlift). Room has everything you need for 1 night stay. Bathroom was renovated so very new and nice.

Inadequate storage for skis and boots. Tiny cupboard for entire hotel In leu of a proper drying room, no where to store boots.

Some of the window shutters/openings are visibly degrading, including one with a sign to not open, which made me nervous as my small kids could easily lean into them as the beds are adjacent to window. For the cost, I would have liked a small toaster and a spoon or two for the drink-making station/mini fridge area. There was a small kettle, several mugs and packs of coffee/sugar but nothing to even stir with.

Nice family friendly atmosphere for the hotel, rooms clean and simple. Well located for the main skiing hub. Check-in easy. The bathroom appeared to have been renovated recently and was well outfitted with good use of space.

The bathroom was so small, no room for toiletries etc. Shower leaked but we just put down extra towels. We also paid a ridiculous amount for three nights but, we booked late so expected it would cost a bit more. No lift (for those who might find stairs difficult).

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, bakery and ski zone. Shirt bus trip to Friday Flat. Attentive, friendly staff were super helpful. Rooms were a great size (two bedroom) and would essily sleep five.

Excellent location and very well priced for Thredbo. Room was spacious and comfortable with lots of room for our luggage. Tea, coffee making facilities are provided and there is a small fridge for personal food purchases. Very good wifi, comfortable beds, shower good with hot water, lovely views. The Mexican restaurant was excellent, food delicious, service very good. Definitely booking again - thank you Aaron and Kodi for making our stay very comfortable.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs. If you're booking and have bad knees like my husband, make sure you book on the lowest floor possible. We had to move rooms as we'd been booked into a room on the top floor.

What a great location, right in the heart of the village. Allowed us to walk to everything. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and bar downstairs with restaurant was terrific.

The access to the bathroom is extremely narrow. Ok for me, but I can see how access would be very difficult for many. There were some excessively noisy patrons one night, however staff took steps to minimise this for future nights.

Friendly staff, clean and functional facilities. Mad Mexican food was tasty.

Rooms were hot overnight with no fan or Air con, and windows weren't flyscreened so lots of bugs get in when leaving windows open at night, but this was only a minor issue.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to do anything to accomodate our various needs. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views.

Attention must be paid to cleaning. We found rubbish tucked away.

Went in summer and it was the great place to stay, must be great in the ski season due to its proximity to the lifts and restaurants. Fantastic staff and a terrific Mexican restaurant. Good room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

check in was supposed to be 2-5 pm at 2 pm we were outside, door still locked we had to call the number in the door for someone to open the person was not very friendly he repeated twice that I SHOULD have received an SMS. I said I didn’t only then he asked:”do you have a foreign (non AU) mobile nr?” which he should have seen from the reservation “then you don’t get an SMS” I would have expected a nicer way to put it: e.g. “sorry, I did not notice you had a non AU mobile nr” in general that is not the first welcome I expect.
