Room lighting was a tad confusing and took some time for us to figure out. Maybe some extra guidance / material could be useful. But this is really a minor issue

Great location, very clean and super comfortable. Very good gym and pool. View from our room on the 24th floor was unbelievable. Staff were warm and welcoming, with Erica in particular going out of her way to help us when our credit card was hacked and used all the way in the US. Would definitely be staying again when we return.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t use either of the Peloton bikes in the gym as they were both stuck on “installing update”. Had to be careful with the sliding door to bathroom, as it had a auto close function at the end that was easy to get a finger caught it!

Lovely entrance foyer, that smelt lovely! Nice lay out in room for twin beds. Had dinner and breakfast at Langlands restaurant. Really generous portions for dinner, and great selection for the buffet breakfast.

Couldn't fault it really apart from the restaurant/bar ran out of cream and couldn't make cocktails on the menu which surprised me.

Located in the quiet end of town with sparse restaurants etc.

Good location for proximity to Southern Cross Station and Southbank. Loved the decor. Had a bar restaurant gym and pool onsite which meant you didn’t need to leave if you didn’t want to! In room breakfast was delicious

Only hesitation is that it felt like there was no clear demarcation between the bedroom & bathroom - both were gorgeous, but I would've loved a door!

Really loved this location - we were able to take the bus from the airport to the city & it was a short walk from the station. The staff were so warm, helpful & knowledgeable. Amazing views.

Everyone and everything in reception was 100%. The stag the night we dined were terrible service on next drinks didn’t happen unless we asked and when our dinner plates were cleared we were not asked if we would like desert or anything else. 1/10

the design of the bathroom did not allow the bath towel to be placed at an easily accessible point when coming out from shower took a while before there was anyone available to check me in when checking out the staff seems unsure about how the payment/deposit should be managed

The pool facilities could have more shampoo/conditioner etc. and cleaned a bit more often.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping was great. The pool and additional facilities were very luxe, and the staff were always accomodating.

It was all lovely.

Location was great, very central. Entrance was warm, Stevie checked us in and he was a really informative, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable - a lovely asset to the hotel.
