We booked 2 rooms for our family and it would have been better if they were located on the same floor at least!

Didn't have the breakfast as last year during Australian open we stayed there and found the restaurant service way too slow - coffee took 30-40mins!

No small kitchen area (microwave). There was a great mini fridge though. Only utensils provided was a spoon, would be handy to have a fork incase of the emergency you forget to grab one with your takeaway dinner.

Beds were super comfortable, room had an amazing view & was very clean, love the ambient lighting throughout the property - makes it luxurious.

We like everything.

Good service, one of the best buffets breakfast I have had lately, plenty of health options, great restaurant. Good room, but need to expect is more business style than holidays, but super complete and confortable despite not being super big. Location is close to all atractions, yet you will need to walk or take taxi often if you want to go to the parks, grafitty lanes, etc.

Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond for your needs. All the staff are full of smile, helpful and very friendly. The room is amazing, modern, full of natural lights, comfortable, and has amazing city views. Walking distance to public transport. The restaurant is on the 25th floor and has an amazing view with floor-length windows. The design is modern and comfortable

Menu on Level 25 and Room Service could be improved with more attention to the guest experience when receiving rooom service.

Friendly, professional very helpful staff throughout our stay. The F&B service staff on Level 25 whilst very helpful the menu and overall experience didn't reflect the overall high standard of the other aspects of the hotel. Menu needs to be revised. With a great view especially to view fireworks the F&B experience overall needed more attention. The Barramundi was excellent.

Our stay was amazing! Firstly, the staff were so absolutely lovely and went to the extra detail as well despite a booking for only one night. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have exactly what you need in a very practical layout, plenty of storage. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a makeup mirror and shower was completely separate and private which is perfect for a shared/twin room. Plenty of teas and complimentary water. Location is perfect - close to station and short walk to Crown and promenade/Yarra boardwalk. Didn't have breakfast included but ordered from in-room dining and it was great quality and value!! Didn't get to try all the facilities so can't comment but will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Parking isnt free, and the discounted parking space is about 15 to 20 mins walk.

It was a corner room on the 20th floor. Staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant was on the 25th floor with ana amzing view. Overall the stay was excellent. Thank you.

We requested a room with a balcony, it had no table & chairs. I was very disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the balcony.

Very friendly staff, comfortable accommodation & clean. Great wellness amenities, excellent size pool with average temperature for all year round.
