The location was great for the event we were going to in the Caribbean Gardens, The room was large , clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Not meant for more than 2 guests. The made up sofa bed was horrible. I could feel the springs directly scratching my back through a non existing mattress. I had no choice but curled up and sleep on the remaining half of the sofa.

New, clean, breakfast wasn’t cheap but good value.

I would have liked some herbal teas, and bottled water as the 2 glasses supplied seemed small.

I could not fault this property. I felt like everything was new. It was clean. The hot water came on immediately. The bedding was soft and more than usual. It was quiet, even though most people staying were there for a music event. Public transport accessible and staff knowledgeable on what was best for those arrangements

There was no microwave in the room so we couldn't have our popcorn

The room was beautiful with amazing views. Easy access to the event we were attending. And Maccas across the road was great after a big night out! The coffee from the restaurant was the best I have ever had and would travel the hour and half just to get it again!!! And the staff were super friendly!!! Better than any accommodation I have been to in the city!!!

Would have loved water in room on arrival, I know you could get a carafe of water from reception.

Little out of the way but great stay for what we needed. Bed was comfy and room very spacious. Had a meal in dining room and would recommend it , also breakfast was really good.

Not much, the only negative would be the lack of undercover car parking.

Clean and modern property. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The communal waiting area is very comfortable and well designed. Loved the Still and Sparkling water self serve tap.... a nice touch. Staff makes a very good coffee!

Evening meal of chicken and potatoes was expensive and only luke-warm, disappointing for the price. Access to the hotel is awkward and I got stuck in the service area on the opposite side of the main road with no obvious way to get to the hotel. Traffic noise was quite loud even on the 5th floor.

Didn’t have breakfast, surely no-one can eat $30 of food in the morning! Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing we see the motel as value for money considering the buildings facilitys and quality with great staff. Easy to access from a major melbourne highway . Would like to return and spend more time enjoying th facilitys -. breakfast pricing with an excelent product was very good .

Breakfast is available until late morning. The cleanliness of the entire place was excellent. The staff are very friendly as well. Car park was very well maintained and illuminated. Best accommodation experience I have ever had.
