The bathroom was a little tired, shower head needed updating. Bedroom was very light for sleeping, especially as I am a light sleeper.

The cleanliness of the apartment, everything you needed was there. The location was excellent, you could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very easy to find as well.

Little damage to walls and dirty couches and some fittings were broken.. we felt we may have been blamed for these even though it was already like this, you can’t help but think that in the back of your mind especially when you see the signs around the apartment warning you not to cook seafood. There other apartment out front was 100% better, would go there next time if available. It just needed a little tidy up and maybe reword the warning signs but otherwise would recommend.

The kitchen did not have enough utensils for everyday cooking. The bed configuration is 3 queen beds but in fact they were actually double beds. We had to top and tail the kids in one of them.

This is place is set in a beautiful location by the water. Such a great view! Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was roomy and great for a family of six. Full sized fridge and freezer were a bonus.

constant emails leading up to our stay, outlining all the do's and don'ts (one would have been enough) check in time was 2pm however we arrived and couldn't access the room. With no manager onsight, you had to ring a number to be given your room access number. We were told we couldn't go in because the room hadn't been cleaned. We were sitting outside the room and could see the cleaners, up to the last room, when we arrived. We ended up getting in after 3pm. There was quarter of a roll of toilet paper for two adults for three nights. No blanket, it was hot so a doona was too much, no top sheet, very uncomfortable. One teabag/coffee per person per day. the couch was dodgy, with bits of wood nailed to the back in place of legs.

Location was really good convenient to every thing. The room was very quiet. No disturbance from other guests, all were well behaved.

Everything was perfect!

Access was seamless, i received a text message right on time on how to access my room key. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In a quiet location on the lake and just a short walk to the cafes and restaurants. The pool was perfect!

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The wardrobe contained a dusty blanket and cushions and someone had punched a hole in the door. The bathroom fan was on the same switch as the lights and very noisy. The kitchen floor was sticky. The security screens front and back could not be locked. Bathroom door would not close as the lock and latch were misaligned.. The refrigerator door condiment shelf was detached and unable to taken weight. On arrival there was not a single roll of toilet paper. And finally the toilet needed to be flushed a minimum of three time to clear. The property is old and run down and needs renovation.

The Location was great. Near the water and close to shops.

I was expecting a more up to date room. I think the website (pictures) and reviews were over selling the place. The lighting in apartment is also very white and bright.

Check in process was smooth and quick. There was a wash machine and bed was comfortable.
