Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSpecifically chose this hotel as it offered parking. Discussed this requirement with staff when making the booking and noted vehicle was a Prado with roof rack and needed ample height. On arriving the hotel park was full and was offered alternative parking at another location. Headroom there was only 2.0 meters and not enough for the vehicle. In the end parked in the street without any real hassle. On checking out staff tried to charge twice for the parking at both locations. After some discussion staff agreed to cancel the parking charges. Lesson is if have a SUV with roof rack don't let hotel parking decide choice of venue.
The room was small but made up for by the proximity to a great pool and sauna on the same floor.

AustraliaBooking.com were promoting to me whilst checking in offering my room in the Ibis $75/night cheaper than I was stood there paying NOT impressed. Parking issues at the entrance (people abandoning cars in front no concierge so we were stuck out on the road and it's on a very busy road.
Clean hotel, good Asian restaurant, warm long indoor lap pool, 2 Saunas ( both working) plenty of towels good gym.

AustraliaBe aware that is not hair conditioner or body lotion provided and there is no to your door room service. Small things but worth knowing before you book. Our room was also under the gym and you could hear people dropping things or on the treadmill when it got busy.
Excellent location and value for money. Pretty clean rooms and the restaurant downstairs was great also with good coffee, well made cocktails and yummy food- try the roti. Beds are very comfy and there’s an extra blanket also. Shower is a rainfall and is super nice as well.

AustraliaTrying to be charged for my 10 year old child's breakfast upon check out when we were told at check in it would be free then when i questioned it, was asked to show photo id to prove her age. She's 10. She doesn't have photo id! So was made to show my Mygov info to prove it. Was so uncomfortable.

AustraliaThe only issue we had was the onsite restaurant. While the space was modern and funky, staff at the restaurant seemed stretched between bar and restaurant duties. Worse still was the actual food. While Asian fusion is not new, this was not what we got. It was sadly high in price and low in quality.
The location of the hotel is great, particularly for accessing the marina, restaurants and Salamanca. We found the room comfortable and it was great to have an indoor pool and sauna to enjoy.
