Some facilities were quite old. The sliding shower door was broken and taken away and a piece of glass was broken.

Room and bed was generally clean. It's quiet.

There was no WiFi during our stay. Not happy with that. it was advertised that there is free wifi but none available. Also there is a HSE concern for emergency exit plan, the door at first floor gets jammed in the carpet and in the event of fire, guest could not use the lift nor open that glass door. Please fix that carpet so door can open smoothly. Thanks

When given our room key and made our way to room, the room was already occupied. went back to reception got another room, however room had now towels. In saying all this the staff were very friendly, helpful and apologetic about the room stuff up.

Shower door was missing 2 panels. No TV in room, staff found 1, without a remote. Bathroom could do with a complete update.

The only issue for us was the car park. the car parks are your standard size shopping center size parks but they had big columns supporting the building itself around the place and with every second person driving a big dual cab these days we had to do a reverse 8 point turn just to get a Subaru outback into the only available space left.

We were not expecting anything fancy, As the room was very cheap and we only needed a place for one night. it was quiet the bed was warm and check-in and out was a breeze and most importantly it was in a good location.

Management were super friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to keep the car parked on the premises in the morning as we watched the bike racing and then use the facilities in the foyer to freshen up before travelling home. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked king spa room for our leisure travel and we were told just the day before our arrival that king spa room has plumbing issue. Due to holiday period we could not find any other stay with same amenities.

Easy access to centre. Host has been kind enough to charge us only for one nights stay when the king room we originally booked had plumbing issue.

Parking bays are very tight and limited on busy nights. We pulled the curtain to see the view and the window sill was very dirty and full of spider webs. The room was generally clean where you could see.

Booked the spa room which was huge, however the spa does not work and will not work until the motel undergoes renovations. Staff was lovely to ring and let us know in advance, they gave us a discount and complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The breakfast is VERY generous and worth getting it if you'd like a big meal in the morning! Location was very central to main street and supermarkets. etc.

We had to pile all our dirty used wet towels on the floor under the basin in the bathroom, after a day with hot weather they were smelling & no fresh linen or rubbish bins emptied, if we required towels, toilet paper & so on we had to ask at front reception probably would have been provided fresh linen also but l am not paying money to stay in a motel & then having to change our own sheets on beds. They told us this was due to Covid but you still get charged top dollar for the room. Parking for cars was a problem also, as other cars were taking up 2 spaces leaving no room for others
