I had a power outage in my room which was caused by a faulty kettle. However, the staff handled it promptly. The decor is a little tired but everything is clean.

Good lower-priced hotel in Sydney CBD. I was given a room upgrade by Peter at check-in and had a fabulous view over the city. The staff were very nice and the range of food at breakfast was good. I appreciated happy hour too.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me as i have arthristis in my back and hips.

I like to stay at Ibis if i am going to a show at the Lyric Theatre as it is close by and also the ferry and light rail is easy access to take you into the CBA.

The value for money, it was very expensive for such a small room, but I guess that’s because of the location. One staff member was quite rude. I was forced to sign up to the hotels rewards program, he even looked at my phone to check, and he told me to never book through booking.com again which made for an unpleasant experience

The room was very run down, especially the bathroom. There was paint peeling off the walls and the hand basin leaked. The shower dripped all night. One of the beds squeaked very loudly every time the person in it moved.

The location was amazing. Great view of Darling Harbour from the rear of the hotel.

I don't know what happened with the tap in the shower room which I already turn off after finished but the tap is still dripping, and I found a dirty point on sofa.

I like staff, they are so nice and have service mind. they can keep my luggage before check-in time, and also did the early check-in and late check out for me. The location is not too bad, is quiet zone and have a convenient store opposite the hotel.

The shower cubicle was slippery. A safety grab handle is very important to avoid accidents.

Construction surrounds were a bit of a nuisance. Rooms need a bit of a revamp especially bathrooms!

There was a large cockroach that ran out from under our bed, which was really unsettling. We spent the next three nights not wanting to leave our luggage open on the floor. there was also a large amount of mould under the beds, which was disgusting. there is also no shampoo or conditioner, just a 3 in one, face wash, shampoo/conditioner and hand wash. I promise you right now that something the cleans your hair does not clean your face. just felt a little lacking on the ammenities.

the staff were lovely and polite. they went out of their way to accomodate myself and my friends, as I work for Accor. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to locate, and how central it was.
