Just couple of minor concerns - We couldn't understand why bathroom plugs are not provided or incorporated within the sink drainage system? We had to shave using wasteful constant running water. When we mentioned this to a member of the housekeeping staff she apparently didn't understand our enquiry. Also, even though our room was serviced daily our shower gel and especially milk was not regularly replenished

There was hair on the bathroom floor after it was cleaned. We have a cleaning business in the USA and are very detailed-oriented. So we are very picky about that kind of detail.

In the breakfast room coffee served in paper cups, Jams, vegemite scooped out of big jars, very messy, no sign pointing to breakfast room, a friend of mine left as he thought it was closed.

We love the location, easy to get to places. The rooms are nice and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. The only confusing thing is to get to the breakfast room, was not easy to find, no signs pointing to it. The entrance used to be through the big stairs at the restaurant but for some reason it is blocked off. Now it is through small stairs at the end of the lifts with no signs. Breakfast was ok but peas as part of breakfast was different. The bar was good with specials on for happy hour. The staff very friendly.

I would have liked a sharp knife in the kitchen drawer. I find the doonas too hot but most places have them. I would have liked a few more coat hangers in the room.

It was in an excellent position for the activities we planned with a good selection of restaurants nearby and very good public transport. The beds were comfortable and clean and the basic ‘kitchen’ facilities good for our requirements. .

The room didn’t seem very clean when I went in there. The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet leaked water and made noise the entire time. The furniture (excluding the bedding) also had a lot of dirty marks on it. The tv kept turning off when I was trying to watch it, and then would turn on again by itself in the middle of the night.

The check in process was easy, and when I needed help from the reception desk, the staff were more than happy to help. The location of the accommodation was also incredible.

The shower stall door has a gap and does not close completely. Without a stopper the door tends to swing inwards or outwards. The bathroom floors could be cleaner. The lifts seem old and make noise while moving.

Excellent location near Museum station and Oxford Street, a 10 min walk from Central station and light rail.

The rooms were a little dated but nothing too bad. We were only staying for 2 nights so it was tolerable.

This hotel while only “3 stars” was very nice. The downstairs area had been recently renovated (we were told) and looks great! I liked that we got there at 11am for a 2pm check-in but were offered a check-in immediately if we gave our email to sign up to free Accor rewards (easy done). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs provided a delicious dinner. The hotel itself was in an easy location for walking to public transport or requesting an Uber.

The rooms are possibly a little dated, but completely fair for the price range. More just something to expect if you stay here. But again, for the price and location I think you will be hard to find much better.

The location was very convenient. Walking distance to World Square shopping centre. The microwave in the room was a handy surprise for me.

The hotel had no knowledge of our booking when we arrived. The staff blamed booking.com saying it has happened before with the company. The staff did there best to find a vacant room but it was very inconvenient having to wait sometime

The bathroom was dirty, with lots of hair on the floor and around the drain. It would be appreciated if the cleaners could pay more attention before making the room available for the next guest.

The property is great location and I like to stay there.
