I stayed in a room adjacent the road. It’s busy with HV’s changing gears due to the traffic lights. A room in the building away from the road would have been quieter.

I needed a safe and clean room to sleep during my travel and this accommodation provided that. I appreciated being able to make a cuppa to relax with.

The room was really dated and a little bit shabby. On a main road so quite noisy with traffic. The hot tub was freezing, in door pool empty so no swimming for us.

The bed was comfortable enough. The staff in the office were fabulous

the fact there was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. Also emptied the indoor pool for painting, bad timing more than anything.

Had a seminar at the location, so it was easy.

Tv remote was extremely difficult to get Tv on with, mini fridge was missing the shelf to hold milk in place. Wifi was intermittent.

Didn’t hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Place was clean. Pool looked nice though we didn’t use.

In one room the milk carton had been opened and in the other there was no milk however they gave us milk without question when asked. Also the indoor pool was closed, very sadly.

The place is outdated and not used to its full potential. Would be a great place to take the kids but everything is in need of repairs or updating. Eg the pool table is fun but missing parts and torn. The indoor pool is why we chose the place but it was cold. They have mini golf but the course isn't clean and hard to use. Little things that would make this place so much better.

Buffet breakfast was really nice would definitely get again. The place is nice but definitely outdated. The room was very comfortable.

The rooms and building are in need of some TLC . Cracks in the walls , equipment that didn’t work And not enough information about breakfasts etc available

Room was disappointing for the price, mismatched furniture, bottom sheet on the bed had a small hole, surface of the spa bath was worn and stained. Only way to fill the kettle provided without using a glass multiple times was to fill it from the bath taps, not an easy option.

Staff management did not pay attention to basic request information: requiring a Ground floor room and gave an upstairs room instead. Dirty tile grout in the shower, peeling paint in the room. Dirty window track. Window hard to open and close. Overgrown garden our only view from it. 1 blown globe in lamps. Twin single beds low to the ground. Not adult friendly. Single power points for breakfast bar, couldn’t get the toaster and jug on at the same time. No dual flush toilet and it ran all the time. Toilet sliding door came off track (not child nor elderly friendly. Noise from road and neighbouring guests in other rooms, steep steps with hand rail on one side only. Stairwell very dirty. Both swimming pools need repainting and tiles need cleaning on inside pool. BBQ had no camp kitchen for washing plates. BBQ, starter didn’t work and you had to shift hot plate to light burners. Chairs and tables in pool areas faded and in need of refurbishment or replacement. Pool table felt, cues and balls damaged. Air hockey table worn and wobbly. Gym almost all computers on machines were not working.

Plenty of Hot water in the shower , decent sized rooms, plenty of activities. Close to attractions and shopping. 2 swimming pools, one heated one not. Heated pool excellent temperature. Sauna was working. Great tennis court. Working BBQ and always clean. Cleaning staff happy to supply fresh towels and toiletries, always bright and cheerful. Very helpful.

The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open and close,especially if pushed too far,back. Otherwise everything else was good.

It was a good location for us as it was a reasonable walk into the city centre.

Entertainment areas & games room need abit of TLC,

The room was clean & tidy with comfortable beds. We had a great time playing table tennis/pool etc. Had alot of fun in the pools. Too busy to get the chance to play mini golf or tennis.

So thing need to new fix like baskball indoor pool in door games some not working no gym as so just thing left go not up keep. some safe was nice good other did make me feel welcome.

whilst the list of facilities is great, they do need a little maintenance. not enough golf clubs for the mini golf. no puck for the air hocky. Outdoor pool needed cleaning

Women in the room next door was smoking right outside of our door and the smell of smoke kept coming into the room. Shower was broken and the pool was dirty. Somebody had dedicated in it but it remained open.
