The WiFi is kinda scrappy and the signals are weak. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minutes walk away.

It is right next to a Light Rail station, but sadly we came on a week which the line connecting at Dulwich Hill is down, and one whole round of L1 Light Rail to city centre ain’t a joke.

The hot water in the shower took a little time to run and the water volume seemed weak.

Rooms were kept clean. The view from the balcony was great. Easy to cook, great for families. 30 second walk to the tram and 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. Ideal for long term stays, easy to find garbage disposal. Beautiful trees in the neighborhood and colorful birds native to Australia. The room had a bathtub and was neatly cleaned.

I was flying during key collection email so got to accommodation and took a while to find details for collection.

Location excellent. Just 1 minute from light rail network L1 which connects you to everywhere. Beds very comfy and plenty of clean towels there.

Lovely comfortable unit that was fully furnished for a comfortable stay away from home. Close to cafes and restaurants. Light rail is nearby for ease of transport. Value for money. Also good secure units

My only issue was the sofa was a little uncomfortable and probably needs replacing.

Modern clean flat. Great location. Comfy beds and lots of towels. Quiet locality but easy walking to shops. Would definitely stay again.

The property is very clean and only 100m to L1 railway. Easy to city and quite to rest.

The door squeaking a lot, maybe need a little lubricant for the joint, sometimes it could be a little bit noise with flight passing by but mainly in the day time. If cooking utensils can be provided more, it will be great.

The property is clean and good location with easy transportation. Good layout and plenty of car park around. Comfortable bed.

We stayed in late Nov-early Dec and were very happy with the apartment. Easy to locate, very comfortable for our family (2 adults, 6yo and 1yo). Great kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds and very quiet. Cafe downstairs makes brilliant coffee. Parking was not an issue. Short walk to light rail into the CBD/Harbour and gorgeous park on other side of the light rail. Hosts were able to provide a portacot on request and were helpful and friendly. We wish we'd booked for a longer stay!

The kitchen was not welcoming. The coffee mugs were too dirty and stained due to over use. All properties that I have stayed had a minimum requirements like a few sugar and coffee sachets, milk packets etc, so was expecting that. The next morning we were provided with lot of tea packets, but no sugar. Anyways we managed.

A coffee machine would have been good but we made do with instant and the kettle. The coffee shop across the road also does fantastic takeaway coffees.

The 1 bedroom property was amazing. We easily fitted as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby) and it has everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we found it easy to prepare meals for the family. The huge bathroom was a bonus for bathing and showering the kids. The washing machine and dryer were well used and the clothes horse on the balcony was a plus. The TV had both YouTube and Stan which we used for the kids. The location was ideal with Light Rail so close by for easy access into the city with 2 prams. The shops up the road has everything we needed and more. I would rebook!

The only thing I can think of that the hot water in the shower takes a long time to kick-in. However, it might have something to do with the specific shower head.

Gorgeous location, great neighbourhood, delicious cafe 2 minutes away. Light rail stop also 2 minutes away which made commuting super easy. The shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away. Friendly neighbours and only some noise during the day with the building site next door.

The location of this listing is really ideal. The light rail is right down the street, cafes around the corner, and grocery store within a 10min walk.

The internet stopped a few times when watching a movie and the apartment entrance door needs oiling as it is making very loud noises, when you open and close it.

The location is great, just next to the light rail station, with which, you can get easily into the city. A nice restaurant is just opposite and the Sideway Cafe is nearby as well.
