Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe did ask to check out late and offered to pay some amount of money for it as we were flying out late that day but they said they had strict policy and was unable to consider our offer even though we stayed there for three nights . They could be more considerate though .

Easy check in on arrival ,greeted by friendly staff Parking on premises was very handy and easily accessible. Room was very clean and comfortable and bed was super comfy. Location was great, only a 15 min walk to restaurants and bars, also a handy mini woolies down the street.

The front desk staff were lovely. The apartments were a little dated and in need of a refurb or at the very least a really good clean!!! There was a lot of dust and the curtains were dirty, the beds were comfortable but small. I guess it was ok for what it was but keep your expectations lower/basic as there is nothing remotely luxurious about this place. The best part was the location and the front desk staff.

AustraliaNo porter service, no shaded lobby or designated lobby access to get the luggage in. We had to load the baggage into the vehicle at the side of the road under heavy rain. No common observation deck except the room balcony, the pool was not that cleaned and very small. No kids pool or no entertainment for kids at all.
The apartment was good and other facilities were not that great including the pool.

Staff were great room clean but we were there for F1 we do not know Melbourne. Information about F1 and transport and getting around Melbourne would have been a fantastic help.

AustraliaNo faults to be quite honest. One item may be that the bathroom does not have a lock so for some individuals this may be a concern other than that no concerns at all.
Overall the stay was a great stay. Location is amazing, can’t fault it very local to everything you really need. Parking is convenient. The room itself had no faults. Very clean, staff friendly. Can’t fault the stay with the team and highly recommend.

AustraliaThe location is ideal and close to the casino, restaurants shopping, with supermarket across the road. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy with great amenities, high quality soaps and the shower had amazing pressure. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to fix some issues we had with a leaking sink and cleanliness of the room.

AustraliaThere was a moldy smell when we got the room and had to be aired out. After we notified reception it was attended to but it came back after a few days. The aircon also emitted a whinging sound that was annoying, again we notified reception.
Location was great, Woolworths across the road was a huge bonus. Pick up and drop off easy as it’s located on a quiet street. Rooms were clean and beds extra comfortable. Staff are friendly and the room well equipped.
