We did ask to check out late and offered to pay some amount of money for it as we were flying out late that day but they said they had strict policy and was unable to consider our offer even though we stayed there for three nights . They could be more considerate though .

Room 2901 - Room was great except aircon does not work in bedrooms, no air comes out of the outlets. No Ice tray or water jug in fridge. Otherwise was fine.

The showers were terrible….the water went hot and cold for all of us in both our rooms. Did not get a decent shower the whole stay. Really disappointed with that.

The air conditioner/ heater made a high pitched squealing noise and a mirror was broken in my son’s room , both should be fixed before we arrived .my partner had unpacked and fallen asleep before we noticed these problems, otherwise l would have moved rooms

Rooms on the lower levels are slightly impacted by street noise.

Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable and well appointed. Location is pretty good with a roughly 10 minute walk down to the Crown/ MCEC precinct.

Easy check in on arrival ,greeted by friendly staff Parking on premises was very handy and easily accessible. Room was very clean and comfortable and bed was super comfy. Location was great, only a 15 min walk to restaurants and bars, also a handy mini woolies down the street.

Property pool wasn’t “roof top” but it was still amazing.

The location, the amenities, the view was immaculate and the rooms were spacious. The property was great! Central to locations that were for tourist attractions. Pool was warm which was awesome to swim in the nights or early hours of the morning.

Shower pressure was so high that water was pouring out the door at the head couldn’t stay in place. Also water was boiling hot then cold then boiling again in the showers. No room service or restaurant at the hotel

Needs a good dust and clean!!! In desperate need of a refurbishment.

The front desk staff were lovely. The apartments were a little dated and in need of a refurb or at the very least a really good clean!!! There was a lot of dust and the curtains were dirty, the beds were comfortable but small. I guess it was ok for what it was but keep your expectations lower/basic as there is nothing remotely luxurious about this place. The best part was the location and the front desk staff.

No porter service, no shaded lobby or designated lobby access to get the luggage in. We had to load the baggage into the vehicle at the side of the road under heavy rain. No common observation deck except the room balcony, the pool was not that cleaned and very small. No kids pool or no entertainment for kids at all.

The apartment was good and other facilities were not that great including the pool.

Couldnt get parking and then the Ace Parking recommended by Hotel ended in my car being vandalised and spoiling my trip.

Staff were great room clean but we were there for F1 we do not know Melbourne. Information about F1 and transport and getting around Melbourne would have been a fantastic help.

Shower handle was leaking and pool was small. Second bedroom was too small and had no windows … perhaps illegal use as a bedroom according to building regulations??? Parking was expensive and limited.

No faults to be quite honest. One item may be that the bathroom does not have a lock so for some individuals this may be a concern other than that no concerns at all.

Overall the stay was a great stay. Location is amazing, can’t fault it very local to everything you really need. Parking is convenient. The room itself had no faults. Very clean, staff friendly. Can’t fault the stay with the team and highly recommend.

The location is ideal and close to the casino, restaurants shopping, with supermarket across the road. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy with great amenities, high quality soaps and the shower had amazing pressure. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to fix some issues we had with a leaking sink and cleanliness of the room.

Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Requested a quieter room than the last visit which we got and was great on the 27th floor.

There was a moldy smell when we got the room and had to be aired out. After we notified reception it was attended to but it came back after a few days. The aircon also emitted a whinging sound that was annoying, again we notified reception.

Location was great, Woolworths across the road was a huge bonus. Pick up and drop off easy as it’s located on a quiet street. Rooms were clean and beds extra comfortable. Staff are friendly and the room well equipped.
