I booked and paid for two rooms. When arrived at Imagine Wrap one room was allocated and the other room was cancelled without any notification/explanation to why it was cancelled. I did not cancel the room. The attendant at reception was helpful but it took nearly 45 minutes to find another room. It was late as our flight was delayed and we were tired and just wanted to get to our room. I expected a complimentary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience it caused us… got nothing.

I did find when I walked in the room it had a bit of a smoke smell but other than that it was okay.

One of the lifts wasn't working for a short time. Alot of floors when only two out of three lifts working.

Parking costs extra, views from level 13 are directly into other apartments. Pool is very small.

The bed was comfortable and big, balcony was a nice touch. Good for a longer stay as had a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and offered us a free late check out. Easy to walk into the city.

This is a big complex shared with another apartment provider, there are only 3 lifts and if one is unavailable access becomes slow. The lifts are also used by cleaning staff with trolleys meaning they can fill up quickly. this is a very modern facility, but the wardrobe for our room, included some type of panel for electrical equipment that had been removed and not replaced. A minor gripe as otherwise there is not too much critical to say about WRAP.

Imagine Wrap is a modern apartment complex in Southbank. Good location. The apartment and facilities were good; clean and modern and reasonable value. Staff were happy to assist and luggage storage on the day after check out was appreciated, as was staff at reception until 11pm for late check-in.

Shower had a leak through the door which meant the water would leak all over the floor and I had to mop it up after each shower.

Cleanliness, convenience to workplace, quiet considering it was in a busy area, spacious.

We had 4 nights stay and we found very odd there was no drawers or shelves or luggage rack to unpack - just hanging space with maybe 10 hangers Overnight stay wouldn't be an issue but longer was hard to keep track of items. We pulled out the ironing board to put our clothes on The hardest thing was using TV. Had to download an app to access WiFi and if you aren't tech savvy you will find it a challenge! Also you have to call reception from your own phone as the phone in room doesn't connect. One of lifts only worked periodically throughout our away so even when it was working we avoided it! No room service to Imagine Wrap.

Bed was really comfortable Restaurant downstairs made amazing coffee! A wonderful location. Close to shops and Casino. $11 in an Uber to Flinders Street however you could walk easy enough

The pricing of accommodation over the AFL Grand Final weekend is always ridiculous, however this accommodation was reasonably prices on that basis. The front desk of this hotel is tucked around the corner within another hotel's premises so it's a bit tricky to find the first time, and you have to share lifts with that other hotel .. and due to the large number of floors and limited lift capacity, it can take a while to transit between floors.

We booked this hotel for an event in Melbourne that coincided with the AFL Grand Final. The hotel is very conveniently located to Southbank, its food and entertainment districts. The staff were friendly and the room was well appointed, quiet and more than large enough for the two of us not to fall over each other.

Imagine and Wrap are actually 2 hotels and Imagine guests cannot use gym facility... it just spoiled the experience a little bit. And the hotel sign is a little hard to find, not outstanding to locate at once.
