Wasn’t keen on bedding on double bed. Two single blankets on double was a bit of a tangle with the sheets but bed very comfortable.

The Cabin was very clean & comfortable. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities, hopefully next time. Check in was very easy, the check in staff was very helpful.

Parking space was quite tight.

Hot water in bathroom basin, none?

I have been travelling for over 2 months and this was a wonderful place to rest. The room was spotless. Bed , comfortable. Staff were lovely. Greeted me with a big smile on my arrival, and took the time to ask about my travels. Excellent place in a beautiful part of Victoria.

Got there 2 hours early for check in was denied check in & even denied to just tour or hang out in big 4 as we they advised not covered with insurance untill after 2pm check in wich I know it says 2pm check in but I was taken back as never ever had to deal with not being able to even hang out at any big 4 or any hotel before a certain time. So we had to kill 2 hours timing at another place. When we got in my villa wasn’t ready untill 230pm. So still had to wait around good thing is our 3 bedroom villa was. Didn’t like that the weekend we finally come the heating in the pool breaks down and was only made aware a day before our stay. I understand it was out of their control and they did everything to fix it but the main reason I booked this place was for the heated pool. As my kids love water. They did give a discount on some fees so they fixed that but I was also frustrated that the advertisements & photos show pool table and spa also to find out they had gotten rid of the spa and pool table but I really did book this place so adults can also have a good time but that wasn’t the case with those. Also wasn’t happy with the parking as the parking from our 2 bedroom villa is like abit of a walk away instead of being next to the villa or out front. And when I booked the facilitaties says there is an oven in our villa to only find out we didn’t have ovens in both 2 bedroom villa & 3 bedroom villa. As we did waste a lot of money on food we wanted to cook in oven. Just have to be legitimate and honest with the advertising being updated and whats written in what we have in our villas etc. other then that had a comfortable clean stay and kids loved it. But next time when we come hoping to be able to swim.

I’m a clean freak and the villa really exceeded our expectations as I got 2 villas a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom . It was very clean and very comfortable. The playcentre function room kept my kids very busy & facilities including camp fire that was a highlight also. & not too far from Geelong beach where we had a family day out. Wifi was amazing and at full speed. What they offer in the villas is perfect the room the size the cutlery the electric blanket I used every night. Netflix on tv was a bonus for the kids and a little kids table . Just the villas are perfect 100% recommend kids really did enjoy there time so I’ll still be coming back Ofcourse.

Bathroom shower leaked, always water in the floor and the drain under bathroom was open so cold draught came up. Smelled a bit musty
