We stay here often and never disappointed, apartment was clean well had all that we needed and central to everything. Rani and Lisa are delightful nothing is too much trouble for them, we will be back in December

The place has potential, but it looked a bit tired and floor tiles needed cleaning. - Bedroom door can't close as the bed is in the way. - The swimming pool really needs a proper maintenance job as it looks most uninviting, unlike the picture given in the website, see photo attached.

Convenient location, right in the middle of town. Woolworths is opposite and all the restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. - Spacious room.

Warnings in booklet about smoke alarms almost threatening. Room was fine but basic. A bit noisy at night but being central to be expected. Not cheap for quality

The hotel was conveniently located for the station as we were just passing through Cairns. Room was a little tired but served purpose.

The cupboard doors in the bedroom were stuck in the slides after opening so even if annoying it was easy to work around and hang clothes on the open side and leave the ironing board in the other section .The washing machine worked really well but smelt like it needed cleaning or its traps cleaned .The sofa was stained but comfortable. On arriving the toilet was leaking continually after first flush but this was easy to solve and we had no problems for the rest of the stay. All in all the unit met our needs and was comfortable.

The room/unit was situated on the 5th floor and contained a bathroom with bath and shower and cupboard laundry and dryer , trough along with a kitchen, double bedroom, dining area associated with a lounge and a balcony. A large tv completed the living room with sofa and glass coffee table and dining table along with a foldable air dryer .The floor was tiled throughout the unit and the bedroom was carpeted . The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning easy to use and adjust depending on the outside weather . The kitchen had a small fridge ,stove and all cooking utensils provided as well as coffee and tea along with milk pods to start our stay . The bathroom supplied plenty of bench space for our washbags ect. The staff were friendly and let us know about key functionality ans after hours access to the Inn when no reception was there . In the 5 days there was no house keeping unless requested and we were happy to have none during our stay, The Inn was central to all Cairns shopping and within walking distance, This was our first time staying this hotel and were surprised at its position and ease of access and we could have used the carpark as well if we had a car, We have stayed in other hotels on the esplande but this hotel position afforded better shopping and cafe access than previous stays, A hidden gem even if the decor was older as it was clean and neat and accessible .

the bed was uncomfortable and extra pillows and blanket difficult to find. no fans so aircon was either on or off. balcony was very tiny and things easily fell off. if staying for more than a few days a dishwasher would be helpful. it’s time for a refurbishment.

Fabulous location within walking distance to great restaurants, parks and markets. Friendly staff, bag storage was very convenient for us. Room basic but all you need for a short city stay.
