The bed was very soft with not much support.

Our stay at Hayman was wonderful. Great facilities, friendly staff, stunning and peaceful surroundings. Pools are amazing. Day spa was heaven. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety of good quality options. The dining under the stars experience was amazing. We truly felt like we were in paradise and were well looked after from every aspect.

Inconsistent food, breakfast was ok, should probably be longer at least until 10.30am we had in room dinners and having the same dinner both nights & very different meals

You must love nature and wild animals to be on Hayman Island. The macaws are beautiful to watch but a bit loud - you get used to it. There are jelly fish in the water but they give you stinger suits.

Everything was luxurious and magical on Hayman Island! From the start at the airport the ferry boat was amazing with champagne and snacks! The infinite pool is absolutely stunning! Wild wallabies, macaws, and birds are so fun to watch. They offer escapades to snorkel on neighboring islands. The coral reef is amazing. We have traveled all around the world and this place is our new favorite destination!

It would’ve been better if the transfer costs were included in the booking price, we were surprised at these high costs considering there is no other way to the island and the costs were not revealed until after we had booked a non refundable stay. Although the stay and transfers were worth every penny.

Loved the island, we did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by amazing staff. Breakfasts were great. Recommend walking round the island trails and seeing the other beaches and views of the island.

Italian Restaurant was amazing on Valentine’s Day. But Asian restaurant Bam Bam disappointing with expensive menu and food was not worth the price!

We paid full price for our stay but due to Cyclone Kirrily not all the restaurants, facilities and offers were fully opened which took away a lot of the experience from the stay.

We had a couple of issues that we flagged to the general manager Ben which he promptly resolved. One was that cook to order omelettes took a long time to prepare on our first day at breakfast but we didn’t have that issue again on the other days. The other issue was that we weren’t able to book the Lanflord island excursion as it was fully booked everyday we were there, but Ben was able to get us onto an excursion. we appreciated him resolving our issues and that is the kind of service you expect when paying so much for what is ultimately a very expensive hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. The beach is really nice and we saw turtles, stingrays and reef sharks. We really liked the hotel room as well - clean, modern and functional design. We enjoyed the complimentary water sports and tennis court facilities.

Loved the pools! The location was magical. Absolute paradise! We loved ilevery minute! Was a huge splurge, but was so worth it! Every staff member went above & beyond, with such genuine kindness, creating such a warm atmosphere. The buffets were exceptional. Every detail was thoughtful & special.

Kids and breakfast was crazy … why doesn’t Hayman offer poached eggs las available at all times. Who wants to wait for eggs.

The resort is beautiful but too huge to keep up the cleaning. They were stagnant and mouldy water outside the building near the infinity pool.

The resort is one of a kind. The stuff were friendly. Most of the restaurant were good located. Pacific restaurant were our favourite. The bar by the pool has several choices of food.
