We were there for 5 days and not once did we have any service to our room. It said on the check in that they would be serviced weekly or mid weekly depending on the length of stay. We had the same towels and sheets for our whole stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags for the bins as we were only provided 2 rolls for 5 days for 3 adults and a child, 1 garbage bag that was already in the bin. A shampoo and soap amount for only 2 adults and definitely not enough for 5 days. Had to buy our own coffee, sugar and milk, body wash and soap. The tv remote didn’t work for the tv in the bedroom

I really enjoy all the facilities provided in our room such as small kitchen including kitchen utensils and culterys, microwave, toaster and so on. Balcony is wide enough to sit down and drink and eat. I could use laundry and dryer which is just next to our room. Everything was perfect for me and it went beyond my expectations.

Checkin was a disaster. We arrived on Saturday morning, called to see if we could get earlier checkin and staff member didn't seem to understand. Arrived at accommodation at 2:15 pm, reception was closed. Called and was told someone would be on site in 20mins as she couldn't find my booking even though i gave her my booking reference number and full identification details

Liked that the property was close to everything and don’t have much of a drive to all the places I wanted to go. Love that it offered a gym, spa, pool and sauna. Apartment was very clean and was great value for what I payed.

Room was smaller than expected, tv wouldn't play free to air only music channels. Shared laundry. Obviously being close to gold coast highway was lould but we knew that before booking.

Not the cleanest or most modern of places. The air conditioner doesn't really cool the bedroom. the fridge likes to freeze everything. There used to be a handle to help one enter the bath/shower, but we only found old screw-holes. The WiFi was fairly hit or miss most of the time.

Apartment 1302 gave us two balconies, one with wide ocean views, and the other with Nerang River vistas, and was comfortably quiet with the doors shut, and pleasantly breezy with them open. (Street noise is fairly prevalent though.) The layout of the apartment was good, and gave us plenty of room. Plenty of appliances, etc. The pool and spa were ideal, and in pleasant surroundings. The lass in reception was quick to respond to any needs, including a new fan fitted in the bedroom. Thank you!

It irritates me when they put 2 single beds together and call it a king. I book queen and doubles for this reason I don't wanna end up on the floor in the middle of the bed. Then when we got there they gave us the old have a cheap king instead. If that's all it took to make a king why did I spend 2000 at Harvey Norman when I could have got 2 singles for 500 haha

The quilt did not have a cover rather it was wrapped with a pair of bedsheets which really made the sleeping experience discomfort. Another thing is that the cleaning/room service is not frequent. Never had room service during a 5 night stay.

It was a good experience, close to public transport and the staff was friendly too.
