Very good location to PA, clean and tidy

The entire ceiling was black with mould. I couldn't smell any mould, but the water damage to the ceiling was extensive. If the water leak from upstairs was fixed, then it is an easy job to clean and the paint the ceiling with mould resistant paint.

I appreciated the location very much. I was visiting my dad in the Princess Alexandra hospital for four days, and it was very convenient to step across the road to my accommodation every evening. The bed was very comfortable with a proper blanket, and I appreciated the ample hot water in the shower, and the air conditioning, as the nights were very humid. Buranda shopping centre is a short walk away, so I could self-cater in the kitchenette.

Two many guests smoking and they'd smoke everywhere outside so you had to breath it in when exiting and entering the premises.

The room had a comfy bed, good airconditioning, a good frig, a good bathroom but the kitchenette was too small and difficult to use because your head hit the shelving above it. the staff were helpful and friendly.

There was Abit of dirt in the shower. The train station nearby was closed & I had to call a cab to get to next train stop. I had too big luggage for a bus ride. I didn’t get a reply email about my late check-in enquiry so I was Abit worried I might not be able to access my room. (But All Went Smooth 👍🏽) I checked out @ 10am. Wud have been nice if the owner was around @ office to ask my onward transport Q’s. But I asked another guest & he helped me 👍🏽

I liked that the owner answered my arrival phone call & talked me thru how to get into my room even though it was midnight when I arrived. The room was very clean, comfy, cosy & fresh. Ensuite was clean & fresh. Shower was hot & powerful. A/C, Tea maker worked well. Comfy double bed. I was Happy. Birds were singing on the balcony.

There were people smoking close to the accommodation, smoking areas should be kept at a distance to avoid the discomfort. There was mold growing on the ceiling, most likely due to a leakage from the apartment above.

The studio apartment was complete with all the appliances including a washing machine, stove and oven. It was decently cleaned, the shower was nice and the bed comfortable. Also the position wasn't too bad as shops were at a walking distance.

Plumbing was ordinary. Vertical blind missing a blade. I had to hang a pillow case and balance a pillow to block the window to get privacy. Noise from adjoining room late at night.

People smoking directly beside “No Smoking” signs. No staff onsite. Pokey rooms. Power board (with tv and air conditioning plugged into it) hanging from back of the wall tv. No hand towel in bathroom. Only ONE small square of soap in the bathroom . No other body cleanser in room. Very poor tv reception. Only one bedside light for a double room. Security screen door had no key and was unlock-able. Sliding glass window had no handle. Hairs be left in shower.

It is on a good location and has parking onsite.

It’s across from a hospital which means street parking isn’t great

The room was really nice and clean, and had everything that one could need. Also had some car parking which was good in the quiet season. There are quite a few bus stops around too

No wifi or other then free to air tv, very basic. Shower hear had a plastic bag around it and so did the smoke alarm in the kitchen. There was a 3/4 used toilet roll for the paper when we arrived.

Convenient when having a hospital procedure across the road. Good for a night with your basic needs. Showers got good pressure and very hot water.
