Great size home for a group stay

Location is fantastic and the facilities at the house are awesome.

The main bed was awful, lumpy and soft. Whilst I understand the remaining beds were ‘okay’ the main bedroom needed a much more supportive mattress. We found it disappointing that no cruet was supplied. The knives need sharpening(my husband sharpened 2) There was no hair dryer supplied.

It was great for a Family rendezvous, plenty of room, great pool, outside area for entertaining

No breakfast as it was self contained. Location was quiet but only one place to go for dinner. Really needs a small convenience store so people can self cater…..and great if there was a couple more eating venues to choose from.

The property is in perfect vicinity to the beach. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to relax, and feel comfortable.

So spacious with plenty of room to relax and be as a family. The location in Picnic Bay is great - right down the street from the pier, playground and swimming beach.

Was a great stay, very neat and tidy upon arrival. Hosts were very well to deal with. Perfect idea with having kitchens both upstairs and down!

The house has many different levels in the main bedroom which is a safety issue. Twice over the weekend two different people tripped and fell with the two levelled floor being unsafe. Also the two sets of external stairs were had to navigate with wet weather. External house really needs a thorough clean.

The location is great and the house is well positioned very close to facilities. The house is big and well resourced. There is plenty of room outdoors to sit and relax.

There are no internal stairs meaning you might need to think about the configuration of who sleeps where especially if you have younger children, as you need to lock both external doors at night and can only access downstairs via the external staircase. It did impact our holiday, not because we had small children, but because we needed to use text messages to let family now breakfast was ready, or what our plans were, instead of just popping downstairs as we had thought. The pool is a really good size but had some boatmen and backswimmers in it and a few algae spots meaning we didn't use it for the last two days. The pool man did come and clean it while we were there. There was some minor wear and tear which we reported to the owners at the end of the stay and I have no doubt they will rectify this. The curtains in the rooms upstairs are sheer meaning in summer the light comes in very early. I have stayed in Airbnbs and hotels round the world and this didn't live up to the expectation for the price, but is still a decent holiday home in a great location.

The location of this property is excellent being only moments from a beach with a sectioned off netted stinger free area. The property is very spacious with ample room to move around, plenty of parking space, wide spacious decks and ample parking.
