Garage door wasn't functioning when we arrived. Fixed promptly next day. Air conditioner in front bedroom wouldn't blow cold.

The apartment was magnificent! Fully stocked for every possible need. The view across to the beach was the perfect setting for relaxation at any time of day. I really enjoyed capturing the sunrise. There are no better apartments in Palm Cove. We have stayed at numerous places up and down Williams Esplanade and this is the best. Thank you to the hosts for their thought and care in presenting such an impressive apartment.

When family came to visit there didn’t seem to be an intercom to let them in. Of it didn’t work? We had to have them ring our phone & then go downstairs to open the gate for them. The pool was also very cold

Amazing apartment! Perfect for our family. Great view & fully stocked with everything we needed. Could have lived there & will certainly be back! Loved the view & the way we could open the doors to the balcony from the master bedroom & lounge to let the breeze in & lounge on the balcony with the amazing view but no concerns about getting sunburned!

The deck lighting was poor. No microwave cooking containers. Too few tea towels. No indoor dining table (we had to move the outdoor table and chairs indoors when it got windy).

We self catered but meals on the deck overlooking the beach and ocean were special.

The only thing I could think of that I didn't like was having to leave. Could have easily stayed on. I am a little concerned that it is getting more expensive to stay in this wonderful location.

In the best location opposite the beach at Palm Cove. Able to walk to all restaurants and facilities. Magnificent views from the balcony. Great BBQ and seating area - all within the confines of the apartment. You don't really need to leave. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and all the kitchen utensils you could need or think of.

The apartment looked great in the photos and was actually better than we expected. Had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the location and view were outstanding. Can't wait to come back

The best view in Palm Cove. Superior in every way to a hotel stay. So spacious. Beautifully styled. Unit 16 looks like it fell off the pages of Gourmet Traveller. Fabulously well equipped kitchen. Amazing layout. Master with adjoining ensuite walks out onto balcony with built in outdoor bbq and a view over Williams Esplanade and the Beautiful Palm Cove Beach. Huge Bath! 4 televisions with all the channels. It has 2 separate living areas indoors. Great if you have multiple generations.

Spacious, clean, great layout. Spectacular views of the beach. Waking up each morning to the beautiful outlook helped us all relax, disconnect from a stressful year, and enjoy our family holiday. location meant this was an easy base for day trips to explore Far North Qld.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, the only thing was the toaster wasn't working properly, it only toasts on one side. No big deal really.

Awesome views over the beach, great position near the shops and cafes. The apartment was very spacious and a great design with the kids bedrooms at the opposite end to the master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and very clean.

Nothing really. If I had to be picky. (I'm aware you can hire them from a local business) it would have been nice if they supplied a portable cot and maybe a high chair

Loved our stay here, would definitely stay here again for sure. Great views, loved being able to take kids for a swim or play on the beach without any trouble. Right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. Place itself was very comfortable, beds were great.

The air-conditioning was playing up but a manager of the accommodation came and fixed it. Also the wifi didn't work at all while we were there.

Minor inconvenience of the bathroom fan not working.

Location: direct beach views & access. Walked across the road to lay on the beach. Perfect. Style: well appointed and fitted out. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen. Beach toys. Books. Size: massive apartment. Bedrooms to fit our whole family. Multiple living areas for all ages. Balcony living area was huge. Carpark very handy Aircon worked a treat Laundry with washing machine and dryer was great

Dated, low standard of kitchen/dining utensils, dinnerware etc. just odd pieces and some not so clean - ie frying pans…out of date condiments (3 years old)… Have stayed in a range of apartments in this building and this one twice over many years. It’s tired and dated and not the high quality we used to expect - painting being done without notice, garage door /security playing up numerous times. Rebooked but on reflection we cancelled - not up to scratch really…and not able to get deposit back within cancelling a week. Poor service.

there were a couple there that lived in an apartment permantely and would come around and sticky beak and made the stay a little uncomfortable . We were not given sufficient information on the card inside the apartment - expample where the bins were to place bottles and rubbish and they were not in the basement You need to enter the basement to enter your apartment via lift - not great.
