There was road works outside resort.

I liked the Spa and the shopping centre within walking distance also the gardens and grounds,fish jumping in the Canal and the 3 Black Swans.

That the outside ties were very slippery when they were wet my grandson slipped and bruised his elbow .the water ran thru the garage .and it was a bit disappointing that the restaurant was close all the time

The resort was close to the motorway .it was nice to be in a gated community. We enjoyed the swans coming up to the unit .

Too hot in the bedrooms. The amenities were very basic and light on, and the space was sparsely furnished, tired, dated and impersonal. There was nothing comfortable or cosy. The townhouse didn't have wifi so you had to hotspot off your mobile for wifi or TV, and the marketing didn't make this clear.

It is a quiet, peaceful and convenient location with a good price. Nice pool.

The accommodation shower heads in the ensuite and bathroom upstairs continually dripped. The downstairs bathroom floor gets extremely wet as the glass panel is not long enough, and shower floor depth is too shallow and no drain on the floor outside of the shower for water to recede. Would recommend, at the very least, to provide a shower curtain and raise the edge of the shower to prevent water on the floor, as is hazardous and will prevent water flowing into the kitchen near the fridge. And no free wifi, but kids were entertained and can use a hotspot for the accommodation T.V. to watch youtube and netflix. Nothing that bothered our stay too much and was easily adapted too.

Overall our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and would come back again. We enjoyed the heated spa, pool, and tennis area, we loved to be able to fish, swim.and stand up paddle board in the canal as the accommodation backed onto the canal. The view from 2nd story over the canal was lovely. There were ample beds and space in the upstairs bedrooms, bed layouts and the accommodation size to accomodate 4 adults and 5 children. The proximity to the Elanora shopping centre, Robina shopping centre and Gold Coast.

The villa we were in was very rundown and was not very clean, the blankets were not clean and the carpet had not been vacuumed prior to our stay, the glassware and cutlery were not clean and the drawers and surfaces were all dusty

That the buses didn't go all the way back at night so it was a 2km walk from the bus to accommodation or you had to catch an uber.

Accomodation was clean, and spacious and staff were super helpful, close to shops and public transport, as we had no car.

It didn't feel very clean. Cupboards and dishes were dirty. Blankets were smelly and felt dusty and grimy

Most locks were unfortunately not working in our room (e.g bedroom & bathroom locks) & the upstairs part was a bit dusty which was not good for the people with allergies. The power sockets in the bedroom is also a bit difficult to reach as it is right next to the beds, so to use them you must move the entire bed over.

Location was in a great area with lots of things nearby. The room was very spacious which was ideal for a large group of people staying there. The kitchen already supplied a lot of appliances which was great. The water view was an amazing view.

The spa didn't work and the furniture was broken (lounge) the dining room chairs and table off the kitchen had seen better days. The ceiling fan in one of the twin rooms only worked on maximum speed.

The private pool was a winner. And made the holiday.

The dust accumulated everywhere, the doorknobs on almost all doors that kept coming off, no air conditioning upstairs (and it was super hot and warm, my girls were waking up very sweaty in the morning). We were told to switch it on at the minimum temperature, but when we switched it off and opened the sliding door, the floors (kitchen counter, other stuff downstairs) started getting wet from the condensation and it became very slippery to walk.

Very run down. Some things not working as they should. Furniture needs replacing. Needs better cleaning.

It was a large unit, lots of space for us all. Good view of lake. Pool was good.
