We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaToo hot in the bedrooms. The amenities were very basic and light on, and the space was sparsely furnished, tired, dated and impersonal. There was nothing comfortable or cosy. The townhouse didn't have wifi so you had to hotspot off your mobile for wifi or TV, and the marketing didn't make this clear.
It is a quiet, peaceful and convenient location with a good price. Nice pool.

AustraliaThe accommodation shower heads in the ensuite and bathroom upstairs continually dripped. The downstairs bathroom floor gets extremely wet as the glass panel is not long enough, and shower floor depth is too shallow and no drain on the floor outside of the shower for water to recede. Would recommend, at the very least, to provide a shower curtain and raise the edge of the shower to prevent water on the floor, as is hazardous and will prevent water flowing into the kitchen near the fridge. And no free wifi, but kids were entertained and can use a hotspot for the accommodation T.V. to watch youtube and netflix. Nothing that bothered our stay too much and was easily adapted too.
Overall our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and would come back again. We enjoyed the heated spa, pool, and tennis area, we loved to be able to fish, swim.and stand up paddle board in the canal as the accommodation backed onto the canal. The view from 2nd story over the canal was lovely. There were ample beds and space in the upstairs bedrooms, bed layouts and the accommodation size to accomodate 4 adults and 5 children. The proximity to the Elanora shopping centre, Robina shopping centre and Gold Coast.

AustraliaMost locks were unfortunately not working in our room (e.g bedroom & bathroom locks) & the upstairs part was a bit dusty which was not good for the people with allergies. The power sockets in the bedroom is also a bit difficult to reach as it is right next to the beds, so to use them you must move the entire bed over.
Location was in a great area with lots of things nearby. The room was very spacious which was ideal for a large group of people staying there. The kitchen already supplied a lot of appliances which was great. The water view was an amazing view.

AustraliaThe dust accumulated everywhere, the doorknobs on almost all doors that kept coming off, no air conditioning upstairs (and it was super hot and warm, my girls were waking up very sweaty in the morning). We were told to switch it on at the minimum temperature, but when we switched it off and opened the sliding door, the floors (kitchen counter, other stuff downstairs) started getting wet from the condensation and it became very slippery to walk.
