steam room wasn't very steamy and couldn't be rectified. Parking was quite limited, seemed to be insufficient car spaces marked for iStay guests, but was able to find a space somewhere.

2BR apartment. Small size but had a covered (enclosed) verandah with table & 3 chairs with a great city view. Bedrooms weere small but beds good. Reception manned 24/7 and staff were helpful & friendly. Good value for money

Lacks some basic facilities - room a bit stuffy and smelly, small fridge did not have an intact freezer (just that small section that doesn't keep ice cream frozen) and no coffee machine. Would be amazing if you could order food direct to your door, but you have no choice but to leave the apartment to meet delivery drivers outside or go get a coffee. It would be nice to be able to stay in and have a slow morning with the facilities you need in the apartment.

Nice, clean, spacious apartments, with separate living area to bedroom and bathroom etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. A comfortable stay for a weekend away.

Although the building was visibly near new, the build quality of the interior was poor. E.g. doors not aligned properly, entrance door slamming, shower head leaking. Also some amenities could have been more generously stocked for a 5 day stay e.g. dishwashing powder/liquid, and bathroom supplies.

The building was modern and new, well appointed for the price. The location was very convenient and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and good pillows.

Bedroom 2 did not have an air conditioner. Fortunately a floor fan was there otherwise the room would have been very stuffy. The second bedroom was quite small and had no storage. Bags on the floor made moving around the room a challenge. There was only one lift operating in the building which made coming and going a bit more time consuming. THer second lift was out of order for whole time of stay.

Clean and comfortable with good quality linen. Bed and pillows were great. Kitchen was well equipped, and rooms set up well. The under building car park was useful and the bays were roomy.

The location is great next to Chinatown, a short walk from the Central Bus station and a quick drive from the airport. There are plenty of cafes and good choices around the hotel. Excellent view from the rooms, and quite quiet.
