wifi in the room was pretty terrible.

Really good location and we were able to walk to all our Adelaide activities. Had some fantastic meals on internet recommendations.

Parking near the building for check in/checkout was scarce. Secure garage parking $25 a day. The pointless 6am fire alarm, which is apparently a regular event had 17 floors of guests outside in their p.j.'s. One elevator out of order for the whole week made life difficult when returning to our rooms after the alarm and caused delays for the duration of our stay. It took me 10+ minutes of waiting before I could leave on checkout day. Stairs are exit only. Lack of information about facilities, especially rubbish and recycling. The recycling bins we found for one type of waste were over full. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Limited kitchen accessories for meal prep. Fridge door didn't shut properly and froze my vegetables. Door shelves were broken.

Quality sheets and towels and comfortable, king-sized beds. Washer/dryer in the bathroom, dishwasher. Close to the cbd, a small supermarket and eateries.

One lift was under maintenance so it was quite a wait moving in and out because the whole 12 story building is trying to call the lift

Didn't like the fact that there was something on the wall of the bedroom that hadn't been cleaned . I did take photos. Also that one lift was not working it took 20mins for us to get into the lift as it kept going to the top and filling up on way down . No room for us on level 4 . We eventually pressed up and went up to get space to go down .

Anytime water was run in bathroom from shower or tap there was an unpleasant smell that filled the apartment. Some of the staff weren’t overly nice.

We stayed for 7 nights and only had housekeeping once. Staff did give us extra towels when asked but would have been nice to have housekeeping every second day to freshen up without asking.

Great set up with lounge and kitchen and 2 bedrooms. However 2nd bedroom only had a fan so my adult daughter who wanted privacy shut the sliding door but was very hot with only a fan. Also some confusion with Basement parking. Parked on the lower level so inadvertently got lifts to the wrong building, not the Gallery. Reception needs to be clearer when explaining this. This was not appreciated at the end of a long travel day. Otherwise great accommodation, very comfortable and clean.

Overcharged for parking by reception staff even though I told him that it had already been withdrawn from my account. He was wrong, and it took 2 days for a "Supervisor " to get back to me even though I was told on checkout that the Overcharged fee would be refunded that day. Put a sour taste on an otherwise good experience

It wasn’t very clean. There was no latch on the apartment door.

There was a pool. The apartment was a good size. It was well equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen.

Sadly 1 elevator was not working our entire stay having only 1 remaining in that size building resulted in quite long delays trying to get to the ground.

The amazing views the fantastic pool and the great central location.
