No, nothing we didn't like. One thing though, is that as there are 2 elevators we unfortunately went into the wrong one and got stuck in there. Lenny was excellent. Maybe a sign for both eleavators to show people which one they should be accessing to get to their apartment.

I love Itara as it is surrounded by beautiful river and lots of greenery and trees. The wildlife- birds etc is amazing. We are close to the public pool and other amenities including the library and the fantastic art gallery. The cafe was excellent and reasonably priced. We went walking on the first night to find eateries and was easy to find.

No exhaust fan in bathrooms to extract steam so it fogged up pretty quickly

Excellent location along the Ross River, near Riverway. My family enjoyed most of the day in the Riverway Lagoon pool, which is expansive & free (with lifeguards on duty). The room itself was well equipped and very spacious. Comfortable beds and did not want for anything.

It was a little sparsely decorated but clean and functional.

The location for the Riverway Stadium event was ideal. The apartment was spacious, and the terrace was a big bonus. We did not cook, but it was definitely possible, and we enjoyed the use of the washer and dryer during our somewhat lengthy trip to Australia! The bed was comfy and we loved the air conditioning in the 32 degree C heat!

Wasnt able to make check-in so rang and gave alternative name (of friends staying with us) They said it went very easily. Stayed for concert in Riverway Stadium, extremely convenient. Secure undercover car parking for both our cars. Spacious apartment and good facilities.

I felt like the room was not cleaned adequately, like the carpets needed to be shampood and the crumbs under the lounge etc.

Very close to the river for walking etc. Very close to restaurants and meal options. Ample room for 2 couples and children if required.

Great location, loved having the parks and pools close by. Apartment was amazing, spacious and clean with everything you need. I appreciate the little extras left like washing powder and the dishwasher. I would definitely stay there again

there was a resident who was boxing on the apartment/level below us…the whole apartment was reverberating during the session!

Our unit would look better if a carpet-clean was carried out, although it was certainly not a deal breaker.

Stayed here for our 3rd visit. This would not occur if we were dis-satisfied with the apartments. Whilst the complex is quite a few kilometres away from the city & The Strand it has a major shopping centre close by as well as many restaurants and takeaways. Security is good with underground carpark and lifts accessible only with a tag. Good wifi.

Excellent location, convenient to A1, shopping and about 15mins to downtown and The Strand. The property is great, next to library, pool and a great cafe! The room was spacious, overlooking the River.
