The air conditioner in the second bedroom did'nt work properly. Had to leave the door open and put the lounge room air conditioners on. The shelf in second bedroom wardrobe was dusty and transfered onto our clothes.

Great unit. Beautiful outlook. On river and next to park and walking paths. Comfortable. Clean apart from shelf in second bedroom. Location excellent. Shopping mall over the road.

A fair bit of wear and tear in the room. Also there was a screaming child in a neighbouring apartment and it echoed in the hallway and was quite disruptive.

Room was clean, location on the water was really nice and the bed was comfy.

All the tiles were lifting and damaged on the front balcony, found a hair in the shower and the washing machine and dryer seemed very old

The billing did not have any detail and just said lodging and a total amount. It did not even show how many days stay I had, or when I checked in and out. This make it very hard to get reimbursement from my employer for business stays.

Apartment had a great layout, good furniture and appliances. The air con was not working well but was fixed while I was there. The full kitchen was great, but make sure to take a minute and read how to turn on the stove, it is not obvious. Covered parking was perfect. Restaurants were but a few minutes away, along with Willows mall.

The unit we stayed in was clean, hygienic and comfortable but because we have been staying in this complex since it was new, I felt this unit was starting to look a little tired. I thought it could do with a tile blasting/deep clean and a touch of paint to bring it back to it's 5 star state. It wouldn't deter me from staying again but is the reason I give it a very good rather than exceptional.

We have been staying here for many years and like the location by the river, the spacious, modern and well equipped apartments. The off street parking is good and the lifts are easy to get things up to the apartment. The apartments had good kitchens with an oven, stove, dishwasher and full laundry making longer stays easier. The bathrooms were clean and the linen was fresh and white and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was hostile, we didn’t feel welcomed on arrival and felt like we are bothering them every time we approach them.

The beds were rock hard and we all have sore back. The pillows were too thin, not much water pressure in the shower, the fridge wasn’t cold enough and the toilets didn’t flush properly. The kitchen needs more utilities such as better knives and a bigger cutting board etc. Also needs a clothes airier.

The location was perfect for us with where our child was playing football. Lots of room in the apartment.

Shabby and grimy apartment. This is our 4th stay at Itara and I keep hoping we will get a better apartment as my kids love the location, but in terms of cleanliness and general condition of each place it is always disappointing. It is hard to enjoy a stay when you can’t relax for grimy surfaces, strangers, hairs in the shower, dirty cushions, stained furniture, grimy windows etc.

The carpets had recently been cleaned but were not dry - in fact, they were so damp that we had to be extremely careful walking from carpet to tile. The very wet carpets created a very unpleasant musty odour which did not abate for a couple of days. We left the RACs on in order to dehydrate the moisture from the room which seemed to help, but we had to use room deodorant to spend time in the apartment.

Location was very good as it was a short distance to my family members, especially for Christmas celebrations

Apartment block was directly under the airport flight path. Very noisy, along with the all day & night noisy walkers/runners. Dirty wet area tiles PLUS a leaking refrigerator - possibly worn seals. Behind both of the bathroom basins - which weren't affixed to the backing wall - there was a build-up of black scum.

Shopping & restaurants nearby. Good park & walkway facilities. Good security.
