There was no remote for the TV so we had to watch programmes on our laptop or phone.

This isn’t the properties fault, but the walls are quite thin and the neighbours tv was quite loud

I loved the cleanliness, the fact that it was on the main strip. You are a walk away from the beach or the main shopping areas, staff were sparkling and bubbly. The soap/ammenities were of high quality and the aircon was perfect. The decor was very chic too

Given the nightly rate it was disappointing ams a little frustrating that the air conditioning want working when we arrived. After a few hours it was fixed which was great but we were told we would be compensated then on the last day we were told that we wouldn’t because it was fixed on the day. Working air conditioning is a normal expectation especially when paying over $900 a night and no compensation at all was disappointing. We were also charged for 4 pool towels but were not told there was a charge until I saw it on my credit card. We also had to ask for clean bath towels and toilet paper on day 3, again something you would expect was done without having to ask.

The penthouse is stunning, the photos on the website don’t do it justice. Location is perfect. We will definitely stay again.

The swimming pool looked great but area around too slippery when wet combined with no hand rail on steps into pool, it was too dangerous for oldies to use it.

The guests next door were drunk, noisy, and playing loud music from 11 pm to 4 am. We contacted the emergency services number provided but no one came. We did not want to deal with the guests as they were obviously drunk and we don't want any escalations. We had no one from the Accomodation to assist us that night

Disappointed a small amount of milk, tea bags and washing powder were not available to complete a small wash or have a cup of tea as a bare minimum. Also we were not informed the wi fi was not available before stay considering the price of the accommodation. Also we had to ask for a beach towel. We also were relaxing out side and had got wet when lawn sprinkler got turned on wetting elderly family member. I found a person was fixing irrigation system and had turned it on without checking who it was affecting. Also road works happening right we side throughout week making on river side making it very noisy.

air con did not work and staff did not attend when requested to rectify. cleanliness poor - dust on tiles, window sills and fans, light fitting mouldy, rubbish not removed from bathroom, tap fittings in shower and basin did not correctly indicate hot/cold.

Apartment was dark and decor was a little tired. Apartment was quite musty. We were unaware that the apartment had an attached dual key studio and noise from the constantly changing occupants of the studio was disruptive.

Fabulous location, so handy to everything on Hastings St. Close to beach and river. On site parking made it easy and saved us having to search for a spot on busy Hastings St.
