We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but our flight was overbooked and we had to go one day later. They didn’t charge us for the first night even though we cancelled it in the last minute (and we didn’t even ask for the money/refund!). This attitude is above everything else; such a great personality Jackie! The apartment was lovely, location was great. We will come back for sure, thank you!

Jackie has maintained a very homely touch to the apartment. It's very well kept, and she has provided every minute little things that one would need. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. A good size terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. Big, confortable bed. Walking distance to Cairns marina.

Couldn't stream from the Internet

Jackie was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Everything we needed was provided. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Jackie was fantastic. There was a cyclone on the way and she messaged me to say she would understand if wanted to cancel but I did go ...she met me at the apartment. Everything was fan, well equipped , spotless and in a great location

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a group of 4 to go on day trips from cairns. One double bed and one sofa bed (sofa bed wasn’t most comfortable but we knew we would have one and just wanted a place to sleep). great value for money, excellent host apartment was spotless and had all amenities you could need. A home away from home. Jackie met us late in the evening to give us the key and show us around. we also accidentally brought a key with us and Jackie kindly allowed us to post it back to her from the next town we were driving to, no issues. lovely pools on the grounds and barbecue facilities. Cole’s and chemist warehouse a 3 minute walk from the apartment, and free parking

Spacious apartment decorated in such a lovely way with tropical and wildlife theme and all the comforts of home. Lots of extra little touches such as welcome snacks that u wouldn’t get in a standard hotel

The apartment was so well equipped with every convenience one could ask for! Very clean and well presented. Excellent location .. no car required.

Clean and comfortable. Close to all the best places in Cairns. A short stroll to the main attractions (we visited the aquarium) and loads of restaurants less than 10 minutes away by foot. I loved using the pool and the sauna. Jackie was a great host.

I think the host had thought of everything! Bath awkward to get in and out for a shower if elderly but not a major issue and step provided.

Excellent communication from host. Comfortable apartment with all home comforts. Host left some tea, coffee, snacks and other essentials. Good breakfast and sitting area, plenty of room for two. Washing machine and dryer plus washing powder proved invaluable. Swimming pools and communal bbq. Great spot 10 mins from beach, 5 mins from shops and rail/bus station. Superb beach front within walking distance. Free parking.

Jackie is a very nice and friendly host. She takes care of your comfort and does everything to address your expectations. Highly recommend to book this apartment for everyone traveling to Cairns.

Unit is right up against the officeworks driveway with some noise from the delivery trucks but did not disturb my stay very much.

Jackie was warm and welcoming. The unit was immaculate spacious and clean. It has everything you could need and was clearly well set up and maintained.

Jackie’s Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, lovely outdoor room and colourful furnishings and perfect for a couple , with space to entertain a friend in the outdoor dining area.

It was unfortunate that neighbours were making a lot of noise at night, and Officeworks workers started work early in the morning.
