View was a bit disappointing.

Everything was very good. I didn’t use the pool or restaurant. Nice welcome basket on arrival and Jackie looked after me with suitcase and local advice. The apartment is close to a big shopping centre so that’s handy. Very secure with locking security gates. Good working air conditioning. I was able to store my luggage in the apartment lobby on departure day too.

Noise from the warehouse next door right outside bedroom window early in the morning. Trucks beeping loudly from soon after 6am weekdays.

Lovely modern fully fitted apartment with everything that you need. Lots of unexpected little extras in kitchen and bathroom.Nice big comfy bed. Books,dvds also. You could just turn up with clothes and shoes and everything else you need for a holiday is there.

Terrible internet, only good for emails. Noisy deliveries next door. Did know in advance but wasn't ready for 6.15 wake ups.

Situated right next to shopping mall , handy to eating or shopping .. close to the lagoon and sea front with all of the bars and night life . Basket of goodies await your arrival the host has gone above and beyond.

The pictures on this website is an accurate reflection of what you're gonna see when you arrive at the accommodation: beautiful, tidy, and lovely. Jackie had been such a nice host and been very helpful when we check in. She has prepared sea towels for us - you will 100% need them for your great barrier reef trip. There is an Officeworks loading bay just outside the balcony. But hey, you'd be wide awake by the time it gets busy at around 7 am, otherwise you are late for your cruise! This apartment is about 7-10 min walk to the wharf or Esplanade but you can always enjoy a walk & talk in the Cairns breeze.

We were met by Jackie and shown to the apartment. She took time to show us everything. A great studio apartment that was exceptionally clean and well equipped for any level of self catering if needed. The Nespresso machine was an added bonus. Located just minutes from Cairns Central shopping centre and the Cairns railway station. An easy ten to fifteen minute walk and we were on the waterfront where there are lots of great restaurants. Perfect accommodation we will definitely use again. Thanks Jackie

Only one morning we heard a truck next door, not a problem , went back to sleep.

Loved the pool and BBQ area, location was awesome, close to plaza . Was welcomed on arrival, fantastic basket of goodies awaiting in the room. Awesome!!!!

Nothing the owner could do, but the apartment is right next to the Officeworks loading bay. From the balcony you could see over the carpark to the city beyond. Being close to a commercial business is not in itself a problem, but deliveries at 7am or earlier involving multiple shuttling backwards (beep, beep beep) and forwards by a forklift made having a lie-in difficult.

Nice compact apartment. Plenty of coffee and tea provided (including a coffee machine). Comfortable bed. For self-catering very handy to Cairns Central shopping centre, and very close to the railway station which was important as we were leaving town on a train at 6:30am. The Esplanade and the beachfront promenade are about 4 blocks walk away, quite an easy stroll.

The location overlooking a loading dock might be noisy during the day on week days. This was not a problem as my stay was at the weekend but it's not a scenic outlook.

The location was excellent, as it was close to supermarkets and a short walk into the centre of town. I like to self cater and the kitchen was set up to make this easy. It was quiet and had a nice balcony where I could sit and enjoy the pleasant weather. I wanted a rest after an energetic trip and was able to have that. The bed was very comfortable. I regarded the apartment as well priced. There are pools and laundry facilities available on site.

The balcony does look out onto the Officeworks loading bay as mentioned in other comments. This can be slightly noisy on weekdays but it didn't really bother us, the noise is only for a short while in the morning from our experience. We were happy to be up and getting on with our day so a non issue for us but worth noting for others.

Immaculate property. The games and movies provided are a nice touch. The choice of towels were great, best ones I've ever seen in a hotel and it was lovely to have separate ones for the pool. Very thoughtful. The property itself is very clean and Jackie went out of her way to help us with both check in and out. Everything in central Cairns is within walking distance and there is a big shopping centre right next door. Would stay again for sure.

A little noisy from next door apartment and extremely noisy very early (5.30 - 6am) on weekday mornings from the delivery trucks for the Office Works next door. Despite having lived in the tropics for many years and knowing you get bugs, there did seem to be quite a few in the apartment, however, there was flyspray and plenty of cleaning products in the apartment to use.

Well appointed property, very close to Cairns Central shopping centre and train station and walking distance to the Esplanade and Marina for entertainment and eateries. Easy to get to and good car parking. Jackie was lovely and very accommodating.

The unit is set in a large multiblock set of apartments -guaranteed to get you lost. However we were met by the owner at reception and shown the way. It made life easier. In particular we established good relations with her. At the end it made negotiating a later check-out easier because we both knew each other. The location is great because it is easily walked from Cairns station. We arrived by 'Spirit of QLD' train, and next day took the tourist train to Kuranda. We returned by bus transfer from the Skyrail and it was not far from the airport, town centre, foreshore.

The only thing we cld say as a negative is the apartment is nextdoor to an Officeworks & can get busy...... but I figure that you're out most day's so you don't really notice it too much.

Jackie was gave us a friendly warm welcome to the apartments. She ran through everything available to us & if anything else need we cld contact her directly. We wld highly recommend this Apartment to any of our family & friends. Fantastic location, several individual pools, BBQ facilities & laundromat for your convenience. Located just a hop, skip & jump to shopping precinct, close to lagoog, Kuranda Trainway & foreshore. We will be back without a doubt!

Jackie's Apartment is on the second floor and there isn't a lift. This great apartment is right next to Office Works and one looks out over the blue coloured Office Works Wall. It wasn't really a problem for us.

Jackie had thought of everything. I have never seen such a fully and thoughtfully equiped and decorated studio apartment like Jackie's.

We found the apartment rather "over-furnished", with a fair amount of additional stuff on all the flat surfaces ... this left less room for our own things. We were also underwhelmed by the swimming pools - the three of them were small and dinky - it would have been better to have had just one pool and for it to be a really decent one.

Location was good - only five minutes walk to the shopping mall, and 15 minutes to the main tourist trip. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped - it can't be faulted.

The only thing was that it backed onto Warehouse Stationery so no privacy on the deck. We were woken by a truck reversing into the delivery bay at 6.30 on the Monday morning followed by the bay door being opened. It wasn't a big issue as we had to get ready to leave.

Our flight was 6hrs late but Jackie was most understanding and helpful. The apartment was in a huge complex with great facilities. The apartment was spacious enough for a few nights. It was very clean with some extras like nibbles, coffee etc included
