The whole place is really run down holes in the walls. Quilts and bedspreads are like 20 years old. No controls had backs on them battery's falling out.

The convenience of the position was great and the spa was a treat.

The fridge was so noisy that we didn’t sleep well despite the comfortable bed.The kettle could not be filled from the bathroom sink.The room I had paid for had a door which didn’t open so with a bit of negotiation, we were given a lesser room for the same price.

The continental breakfast was good.The location was close to where we had to be the following day. We were able to park outside the door.The surrounding area was quiet.

Bathroom window had a smiley face and the word dirty written in the dust on it, no idea how long it had been there. water leaks on bathroom floor and damaged tiles and skirting boards.

Had late check in and early check out so did not see the staff. But they turned the light in my room lights of and heater that was nice. It is not fancy but good for overnight stay.

The room needed a full de clean of the place as there were heaps of marks on the floor and on one of the pillowcases.

Traffic noise, cleanliness could be improved. Quilt on bed was not for double but a single bed size and so was the bedspread. A little run down motel.

Breakfast pack had a muesli bar instead of cereal, but there was a bowl, a spoon and plenty of milk. And no knife for the toast.

Back a bit from Glen Osmond Road so quieter than most motels along there. Lovely spa in our room. Didn't eat in the restaurant but it would be a good plus.

Staff attitude, utensils are missing, microwave and kettle can do with a change, as these are very old and dirty.

The staff was a bit rude, been holding the phone and looking forward to get her phone instead of being mindful of the guest. The room was ok but no basic utensils or crockery. Have to go to reception and she just handed the utensils without any plates, and have to go back and grab plates again. Microwave and kettle are dirty and very old.

Above air conditioning in the room was a rough patch job. Car parking was a bit tight.

Spa bath was great, bathroom set up nice. Bed was comfortable. Would be nicer to have softer blankets. Towels were soft and a good size.

wasn’t very nice and the pre was rubbish left outside our room that was never picked up. walls were very thin so could hear other guests in the nighttime.

Good basic motel opposite bus stop to city (20 min ride). Aircon/shower/wifi all worked OK. They kicked out a couple next day after police were called at 2am to DV situation which disturbed all guests 🥹

One of our 2 rooms was quite rundown. Shower head did not work, bathroom was outdated. Second room was much nicer and comfortable.

Right across from a beautiful park, was great for the kids. Pool was lovely and clean, staff was friendly and they accommodated an early check in for us. Staff brought us a cute continental breakfast the night before as we were checking out very early, was very thoughtful.

The hotel is very dated. There were a few people who seemed to be living out the hotel and blocked car spaces to load gear in and out numerous times whilst we stayed there.

You get what you pay for. The pool was great and it is a good price for a room with a spa, but overall the place is terribly dated.
