There were quite a few ants in the bathroom & the TV wasn’t working

Cosy and homely cottage that is very in keeping with the historical feel of the town.

The only downside was no toilet in the studio. We knew about this beforehand but that would be the only improvement I could think of.

Lovely, little period cottage perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Very comfortable and peaceful. Our group of four had a wonderful time and would happily return.

Loved the house, cute, comfortable, and clean. Had everything we needed,the kitchen is well equipped, does have a full sized oven and, loved the little extras supplied. So warm and comfortable, close distance to everything in township. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Better instructions on how to operate the Smart TV. The step up to the porch area is a bit high especially for older folk or somebody in a wheelchair or using a walker or walking stick. The ground around the big tree in the front is very uneven and a hazard. The shower leaks out onto the floor of the bathroom and needs attention.

The location is awesome. The cottage is very quaint and comfortable. The porch area is lovely. The garden lovely and green. The chocolates were a nice surprise in the kitchen. Tea/Coffee supplies muchly appreciated as was the cold water in the fridge. The water pressure and hot showers were fabulous. The games and books were an added bonus.

The cottage was perfect. We couldn't have found a more lovely place to stay. Located in the northern end of town, very quiet, but still within easy walking distance of the main township and tourist trails. Host extremely helpful.

Beautiful location and walking distance into town. The cottage was clean and comfortable with an attractive, lush front garden. We enjoyed a quick game of scrabble during a relaxing, quiet evening. Highly recommend the mine tour.

Nothing really. Would just suggest bit of work needed in garden which is a little overgrown with weeds and some bushes need trimming back , which can make the place feel dark, but inside is well lit and cozy anyway.

Fab location. Well looked after. Well equiped. Clean and beds comfortable. The cottage is comfortable, beautiful and well worth a stay.

The shower makes a loud noise. The Wally pub closed at 7.45 pm on a Saturday night, being the only dining option this isn't good.

Very cute old style cottage with modern comforts. We loved sitting on the verandah listening to all the birds & relaxing. The wood fire kept the lounge & bedroom cosy.

It needs a really good clean. Windows, skirting boards, walls need a good wash. Lots of grime. We also had to wash some dishes that were dirty. I would sack the cleaner if they didn't get it up to scratch as it is a lovely place.

Great location and Nathan very helpful and flexible. It felt like a French farmhouse.

The setting of the Cottage was amazing. A cosy cottage in the main street of Walhalla. The cottage, rustic and an acknowledgement of the history, also had modern facilities for our comfort.

Cozy, quiet, clean cottage. Lots of heating, besides wood fire. Comfy bed with electric blanket and extra blankets if needed. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to centre of town, pub and walking trails. Enjoyed our relaxing weekend.

I like the entirety of my stay. The location is perfect and the cottage was very clean and inviting. The cottage is well maintained and has functional appliances that make staying in a remote area very enjoyable.

I feel that is a little over-priced. Tissues would be lovely and a few extra mugs/cups would be great. The hot water service is really noisy and difficult to adjust to right temperature.

Only disappointment was that the microwave oven advertised was not present in the cottage.

Location was very good - quiet and close to the mine and only a short walk to the centre of town and the walking trails.
