No dryer - only needed because the weather was so wet and horrible

Bed was quite squeaky and a little uncomfy, the curtains let a lot of light through and also couldn’t access the laundry (not sure if it was only available to one apartment not all - but we couldn’t find it or any information on how to access)

It was a great location, cute little apartment and great for a little get away! Would stay here again and would recommend to others :)

The mattresses could do with updating/replacing, not very comfy at all and a small aircon for the unit would be brilliant. Then it would be a perfect unit.

Lovely and clean, great spot close to lake/beach/cafes. Good value for cheapest around. Decor nice and simple with a good sized holiday unit kitchen and bathroom.

Generally all good except the floors could have been cleaner, they needed a good mop.

Location, size, good value for money. Easy walk to town and town beach. An enclosed lake swimming baths just a stones through away.

The grounds keeper was mowing, whipper snipping, bringing a whole bunch of wheelie bins in, all early in the morning across 2 mornings. The rooms themselves were quiet, but didn't appreciate getting woken up too early when you're on vacation! the room has no air con, just a couple of pedestal fans. It was ok and we have stayed there before so knew what to expect, but this time it was hotter so made it a bit hard to sleep. Not a deal breaker though.

Ease of check in. Location is excellent. Value for money.

No air con. The first night was quite hot, at least there were good pedal stool fans. The couch needed a good vacuum. Otherwise fairly clean.

Location was a lovely walk to the tidal pool and into Forster. Comfy beds. Different coloured towels for each guest, made it easy to remember our own towel!

No air conditioning but did have pedestal fans in both rooms. Unfortunately, one of our nights was extremely hot and being up on the 2nd floor we felt the heat more and felt the fans were not adequate for the level of temperature. Dining table only had 3 chairs, would have been great to have a 4th chair option as unit caters for 4 people.

We stayed in Unit 4 on the second floor after staying in Unit 1 previously (after deciding to extend our stay in Forster). The transfer of units went smoothly, and both Bruno (Host) and the cleaning staff were very accommodating in letting us know that we could move into the upstairs unit earlier than expected which was great and very convenient for us. The unit was modern, clean and had seating with 2 chairs on the outside baloney. Loved the location of this unit, so close to shops, restaurants & lake pool.

Stayed in Unit 1 on the ground floor, Excellent spacious comfortable unit with baloney and lake view, close and in walking distance to lake, shops & restaurants. Lake pool close by which is great for the kids. All units have designated parking spot. Highly recommended!

For 3 adults, there was only one face towel. There is no air conditioning in the unit. There are fans, but this is not enough in hot summer.

The location is great. The accommodation is nice and clean and comfortable for small families. The price for Christmas time is very good.

No air con and only one pedestal fan ( had to buy a fan for the second bedroom for our stay), fridge did not seem as cold as it should be ( even with it turned up full) Bed ( double bed?) creaked bad. The extension cord (in the bedroom with two single beds ) had the metal bits bent so unable to use, made it hard since PowerPoint is behind bed. Steps are steep, and make it hard carrying luggage up and down.

Clean and tidy, pretty much everything you need for a quick stay. Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet area. The staff was very nice the morning we left. Value for money. Nice neat decor, not overdone. The shower was awesome!! The kitchen has everything you need: a small portable oven/ stove top combo, a fridge, a microwave , a kettle, and a toaster. Cutlery, plates, etc. There are plenty of picnik tables and a BBQ. Outdoor shower. Clothes lines. Bottom level, I noticed had a ramp for easy access when needed to the bottom apartments. TV worked well. The corner lounge was comfy, 5-6 seater, I think.

Needs some maintenance. Windows, front deck and bar, kitchen chairs. Don't use bleach the smell was not good. Update cutlery and kitchen utensils. Add a few condiments eg salt pepper etc.
