We arrived and there was red bins at the bottom of the building near the stairs overflowing with rubbish that was smelly and full of flies. The pull out couch was not out when we arrived although we had asked to have this ready. the Pull out couch bed was also very uncomfortable, the frame was very bowed and lacked structure when laying on it. Knives were not sharp and could barely cut through chicken or veggies.

Main Bed was awesome, super comfortable and spacious, bathroom was massive and had lots of room available. kitchen was of great size and a full size fridge/freezer that was clean.

Not sure if there was a curtain missing at our front door, that could have stopped the lights shining into the rooms the entire night?

The easy check-in and check-out options were very convenient, and we appreciated the complex’s security arrangements.

the light switch in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall, the toilet didn’t always flush , staff wasn’t that best and pillows are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on as they are hard as a rock

The bedroom was so that small that the bed was against the wall which made it hard for one person to get up during the night . we had to be moved as the key pad on the first room we were in was not working, and the oven in the first room we were in had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The carpet in the bedroom had a large dirty stain on it.

There was a vibration all night on the first night ,like an exhaust fan above the wall/ roof ,thankfully it was not there the second night .

We were supprised the room had no window and the outside of the complex was dirty with a lot of rubbish on the ground and over flowing bins

Uncomfortable beds, sofa bed all I could feel was the springs, mattress so thin. Missing slat on blind, and they are large slats had to put a towel over it so I could get to sleep and so others couldn't see in.

Bathroom sink not clean, plug missing, crockery not clean. Parking was tricky and congested. Looked like some people lived there and were not respectful of visitors.

Bed and linen were good. Shampoo, conditioner and soap great. Face cleanser was a wonderful touch, thank you.

Received check in email after I had arrived with code for door and after I had stood in reception waiting for someone to get off the phone to ask if I needed help - emailed arrived while I was waiting so I walked out Other patrons were loud talking outside our room Room located upstairs Some dodgy characters walking around

The bedroom blinds were broken, so unable to block out the light Workers staying in adjacent apartments having noisy conversations with vulgar language outside the room before 6am Good supply of toiletries but no face washer to wash yourself with.

Unfortunately the room code hadn't been changed from the last tenant and we had a man walk into our room. However, reception quick smart changed the room code as soon as we told them. Pool was freezing so kids couldn't use it.

On the surface very neat & tidy, renovated but now needs a little bit of care. Love the shower, beds comfy and spacious living and cooking facilities. Staff were accommodating and pleasant.

I have never known a hotel to call me to verify when im arriving even tho I replied thru the booking for them. In the end recieved text message of how to access the room which is normally the case with no issue. not all tv stations were available although you could hear the sound. Was disturbed by cleaner of day of check out even tho it was before 10am and I hadnt pressed the red check out button.

- The room smelled of Indian food the whole time we were there. Messaged the owners and no reply - the towel rack in one of the bathrooms was broken so it couldn't be used - to connect your phone to use on the tv didn't work - would have been good to have an extra couple of pillows and clothes racks as I couldn't hang my clothes up in the closet
