A BBQ would have been a nice option to use with the outdoor dining area.

Kathy the hostess provided some great suggestions of activities to do around the region. it was also a nice touch to provide fresh milk, butter & bread to ensure we had food for breakfast. The accomodation included all of the utilities and accessories required for a self contained holiday

Location is fantastic. Partner did a dive course down on the jetty and I was able to explore the shops, bars and cafes. All within walking distance. In the afternoons we sat on the deck with a drink and read/played board games. Kathy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Personal treats in the fridge on our arrival.

The property had a lovely view of the harbour, was well maintained and had lovely little touches that made us feel at home. It was very central and walking distance to cafes, and the jetty beach.It was spacious and well equipped.Kathy was an astute host and was very friendly and willing to help.

The lounge area was a little squashy for our family to watch TV comfortably.

If I had to pick something it would be the lack of private parking, however there was plenty on road spaces and it was only a short walk down a slight incline to get to the apartment. We were made fully aware of this by the post prior to arriving.

The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean and very comfortable, lots of little touches like the fresh flowers throughout the apartment, cooking essentials were much appreciated. It felt very homely. The view over the jetty beach was breathtaking. Kathy the host made us feel very welcome through messages and in person. The apartment was well located walking distance to the jetty. Marina, a small supermarket, a gym and a bustling cafe strip. We loved our stay there and think it is an ideal place to base yourself for a holiday exploring Coffs Harbour and surrounds.

Walking to the front door of your accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful views of Coffs jetty. Once inside, you will be delighted with a beautifully decorated and spotless cottage like vibe. Breakfast items are available, which is just lovely. However, you are in walking distance to some delicious cafes. The only time I was sad about my stay was when it was time to leave. I highly recommended your next stay in Coffs to be here 😊

A bit of noise transfer between our apartment and the one next door although not overly disturbing - a toddler who wasn't overly happy a lot of the time. - and regular trains passing on the rail line down the hill.

The apartment was beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, well located with a really pleasant outlook, free wifi and the host provided lots of extras including some breakfast foods and other useful things for cooking if you wished to use them, fresh flowers throughout the apartment with some others delivered during our stay, regular messages to make certain we were enjoying our stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was a gentleman doing gardening and maintenance outside the front windows on a Sunday afternoon while we were there. Kathy wasn't home at the time and I imagine she would have asked him to stop if we'd been bothered enough to say anything. He wasn't intruding just noisy as you'd expect from gardening.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean. The size of the apartment was much bigger than expected. We booked as a couple but could definitely imagine a family of 4 being comfortable in the space. Kathy was an excellent host and added extra touches to make our stay that little more comfortable and welcoming.
