The taps!!!!! They were fancy and all but so confusing. It was hard to figure out how to get the water to heat up. Once we figured it out it was difficult to maintain a certain temperature. Also because there was only one knob, you couldn’t really adjust the pressure, only the temperature. Not a big issue but a little annoying. Also the bathroom floor tile was a little slippery, not the best tile for a bathroom but very pretty to look at. Also I wanted to do some washing but noticed mould inside the washing machine rim area thingy. Also found a toy Dino head under the couch. Made me think maybe the place wasn’t really cleaned properly although it was still at a very high standard. The door handle in our room also had a little wear to it, but no biggy.

Sooooo luxurious. Seems like it was quite a new building. Elevators super fast. Balcony was awesome. View was great. Loved basically almost everything about this place.

I wouldn't recommend staying in the 1 bedroom unit at Jewel with a friend as the bathroom has glass at one end with no blinds so there's no privacy.

Stunning unit with amazing views, right on the beach. Having use of the Langham and Jewel residence pools is lovely.

More toilet roll and washing detergent supplies for the longer bookings.

I like how close it was too everything we needed. Very easy access coming from the beach path which was a lovely and easy way to come home.

Brilliant location and facilities that made the mini break with friends a luxurious and memorable experience. Loved having uninterrupted views of the ocean from our room and balcony and very easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but a few things for management to consider: It was challenging to find the car spot in the garage, and even more difficult to find the North Tower elevator once you parked in the garage! One of our garage / elevator fobs weren't working so that made things a bit more complicated at times.

The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and has all the necessities. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we were unable to use the Langham Hotel's facilities (pool specifically) - which was one of the reasons I picked this place. Note: *You have to bring your own pool/beach towels! *Car park $10 per day in locked up garage

No staff at the reception for an apartment like Jewel Residency to assist with any queries was a poor experience.

Not enough rubbish bags and toilet paper - I know we could have gotten more from the supermarket, but it was such a hassle. Some of the automatic blinds didn't work (not sure if it was purposely done that way). Could have a few more dishes (was exactly 4 for plates, bowels).

The apartment had everything we needed and so much space for a family with 2 little kids. The whole place was clean and tidy. We loved the beach front access, and also, the kids loved the pools.

High end property like this should have a coffee machine or pod machine at the least. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking either.

The only thing is there are few restaurants downstairs so we usually walk about 15 mins to Cavill Ave. The rooms are clean but if the housekeeper could spend a little more time on tidying up the quilt rather than tucking in the closet randomly.

The property is new and clean. We were upgraded from two bedrooms to three bedrooms with luck. The staff are super friendly and polite. From the room, we could see the city view, harbour view and ocean view.

Apartment was immaculate, amazing facilities with the best views and a seamless booking experience with GCRP can't wait to come back! Loved the location perfect spot for a stroll to Broadbeach or Surfers we stayed here for 9 nights and there was plenty to do.
