Slow service at the cocktail bar. There were two bar attendants but both were fully occupied with making cocktails. we just wanted a glass of wine but after 10 minutes waiting, we gave up and went into the restaurant. The service at the ALCOVE was great. Particularly from Calla. She was first class.

Room was great - comfortable with a coffee machine. ALCOVE restaurant was excellent. Food and service was out of the top drawer.

We could not find the laundry. With kids, a washing machine and dryer is a must. Later we realised that there were a laundry somewhere close to the restaurant. Also our cards stopped working everyday and had to go activate them. Not ideal if you have sleeping kids on your shoulders at the door and locked out. A cooktop or kitchenet would be great too.

The room was large and clean. Good vibes outside with all the golfers. Ample parking. Close to Joondalup shopping centre and freeway.

Minor comments. The room was hard to find in the dark (and with jet lag!) but our own faults as the lady at reception offered to show us the way and we refused - could do with some brighter lighting. There was only shampoo/conditioner in the shower and be nice to have had shower gel as well.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate a late meal - we arrived from the airport after a long flight and wanted a snack and drink - the restaurant was kept open for us, facilitated by a young lady on reception who was incredibly helpful. Also at breakfast I was eying the coffee/hot water machine - we are tea drinkers and like proper tea, the young lady asked what I needed and promptly made an excellent pot of leaf tea! The room was spacious and comfortable, the location easy to find despite it being dark and there was a good ambiance around the resort - we'd stay again.

Breakfast was superb. Little disappointed as tv did not have a good cord so picture was very distorted. Also i thought there would be foxtel or some other network to watch. Overall 9/10

Considering its classed as a resort the room could've been a little more cleaner. There were smudges all over the mirrors and the glass door to the bathroom had something still on it that was noticeable in the light I think it v was stuff from a child's hands im guessing. The fridge wasn't working properly so we lost some perishables but I reported this issue apòn checkout . Small issues i know but it helps to make it aware

We had a room only and found it very comfortable and all the staff were extremely good and helpful when we had a minor issue with the TV (it was sorted within minutes. Also the follow up from management was both timely and with extreme courtesy

Despite being fairly empty, no late check out was made available. TV Remote control did not work even with new batteries. Not straight forward check in.

Overall, good experience, comfort, quiet with no noise allowing excellent sleep. Good breakfast. Excellent dining experience.

The only concern was the noise level in the next room was not avoided by the facilities in the building. We could notice that conversations could be heard.

Arrived at the resort in the evening and the personnel at the front desk were friendly and informative. The surroundings were fabulous, with wildlife all around the resort. We will definitely return to this resort.
