Jo went above and beyond to make our stay so fantastic. We booked quite late so Jo met us at the cottage with bags and bags of food. The fire was on and the place was toasty. Met the sheep and the local wildlife. Best sleep ever! Highly recommend!

The property is very comfortable and is very well provisioned with absolutely everything that you could possibly need. Very warm and a delightful atmosphere with hens and sheep outside to entertain.

The farm house was so comfortable. It felt just like home. It was exceptionally well provided with food necessities, crockery, cooking implements and firewood. We loved all of the animals. It was a pleasure to deal with Jo.

The cottage was extremely clean. Jo went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She is truly an amazing host. Jo in fact drove all the way to Hobart to drop off some clothes we forgot at her place. The animals at farm and surprise visitors in the evening add to the charm.

I can honestly find nothing to be negative about this property!

Jo’s property is like being at home the minute you enter! Super clean, cosy, enchanting! The stocked fridge and pantry were abundant, thoughtful and generous!! Loved the animals we had the option to interact with. Superb quality in beds and linen, Jo has your comfort fully accommodated.

Nothing, everything was beautifully catered for.

We were shocked at how lovely and how much space we got in Jo's Farmhouse Cottage. We expected a 2 bed cottage, but it was a very roomy 3 bedroomed cottage with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Jo was very generous with all that she had left for us to eat and drink, should we wish. On reflection, we were sad we only had the one night booked there and not more. Lovely accommodation, thank you very much, Jo.

It took a long time for the hot water to come through. But shower was great once it got to the correct temperature .

We had the lovely clean 3 bedroom house all to ourselves. Kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with local Tasmanian produce for our use. Much more than was needed for breakfast. Made welcome with wine and port, chips and chocolates. Wood fire set ready to light in lounge plus an extra sitting room so I could read while my husband watched TV. So calm and relaxing. Sheep chickens, sparrows and wallabies begged to be fed. Would be a great place to stay with kids. Toys and games provided .

We had high expectations after reading all the positive reviews, but we were not prepared for how much our expectations were exceeded. Beautiful and spacious farmhouse equipped with everything you could need and a pantry and fridge stocked with so much food. Amazing! Thank you Jo.

I have travelled for a month around Tasmania staying in many modes of accommodation . I left the best to last . Self contained spacious accommodation with all the comforts of home .I would be hard pressed to find a negative so it’s a 10/10 to a gracious friendly hostess .
