No screen on sliding door, no hair dryer, no top up of coffee sugar etc when we stayed for another night, no light bulb in bed lamp

The bathroom was very unclean being the shower hasn't been cleaned for a long time

Everything seemed ok except for the bathroom it hasn't been cleaned for a long time mould and grime build up in the shower

The internet was very poor, the girls tried their best to help rectify the problem giving us another access code but it didnt work. The room was really old and needs upgrading, the carpet was very worn out and the bathroom needs to be gutted and renewed. The grout between the tiles was putrid. The glass sliding doors were jammed shut and unable to be opened. The tv reception was not the best only picking up half of the stations, this is the only place where we haven't had channel 2

a very old complex that needs updating. The staff were excellent this made up a lot for the short comings. I was very impressed with the girls and there service of providing us with a pick up service and running us into town on numerous occasions to assist us with shopping needs and getting to tours. The bed was excellent.

Very hard to find and hard to figure out how the door works. Door also quite hard to open could be due to no one in room for a long time as room also had musty smell.

Can have pets although didn’t end up bringing mine in the end.

The drain in the bathroom smelt like sewage, the toilet bowl wasn't white, the sliding door was very difficult to operate and had to be lifted to move it. We were in unit 20. Very few facilities, no hair drier, plates for 4 people but only 3 cups and forks.

The location was good, we didn't have the breakfast. The room was spacious with big king size bed.

Fan was not working. Knob to turn on wa missing. Could not find anyone to fix it. Could have used some cooking facilities and plates and utencils.

Good location near Qantas Museum and Stockman Hall of Fame.

were given wrong rooms at the start, while this was resolved, it shouldn't have happened. we were also charged $20 each more than advertised

that when the mistake of being given wrong rooms was discovered, reception fixed it immediately

There was obvious damage to the unit. Eg: cracked tv screen, holes in the door, lock on sliding door broken, sliding door dosent slide properly. And the WiFi dosent work. We spoke to guests in the rooms next to ours and they all said that they had similar problems. And not a single staff member to be found on the site at all.

The price for the room was good and the room was fairly clean

Paid $995 for 5 nights for this rubbish it was a absolute joke. No one on site to talk to about the rodent in my room i even tried ringing and no one answered, pool was filthy and not usable, carpark is a joke my mother of 83 had trouble walking up the incline to our room, had to go to sister motel to use a laundry. Thought we had booked into the sister motel “the Albert Park motel” and we weren’t the only ones i spoke to a few couples who were in the same boat.
