water taps and showers were leaking and hard to turn on, key was very hard to insert into key hole to unlock front door, not enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and laundry powder for 4 nights, ants in the kitchen sink area, hard to find parking for my 2m car, parking was only available for under 1.95m.

The apartment was not clean.. Sticky floor, fresh cup marks, bathroom not very clean, dusty fans, hair and fingerprints. Had to ask the reception to send up a cleaner.. She cleaned ok. Kitchen was very dated and one large stove top not working.

Apartment was grubby and in need of some repair, kitchen facilities didn’t work very well, cutlery and crockery was minimal (only one bowl between three people) and the other apartments very noisy. No housekeeping during our week stay. Also hard to get hold of staff as reception was almost never attended.

Excellent location, public facilities were clean and easy to use. We loved the layout of the apartment and the location within the resort and our view!! Secure onsite car parking a bonus too.

While the location of this resort is fantastic, that's where it stopped. Upon checking in we were quick to observe the lack of hygiene and cleaning not conducted on this property. Furniture not cleaned behind or under. Filthy dirty ontop of fridge. Bathrooms were poor, black mold growing in the showers, the ceiling above the main bathroom 🚻 was bowing due to excessive moisture damage .An adult could not sit on the toilet in this room as it's placed too close to the wall. No extractors are provided . On suite bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet , and also mold growing in the shower. Bedding is poor no sheets only apolar fleece blanket is provided what is a guest to use in the middle of summer? Also beds are old and in poor condition not comfortable at all . No staff are on sight during the weekend so we were unable to share our concerns. A day into our stay we slso noted a roache infestation! This seriously needs to be addressed. As this is also a residential address neighbors were loud and obnoxious.

The apartment was gross,mold everywhere,none of the beds had top sheets ( just a bottom one on with a blanket on top).. nearly everything we touch in apartment fell apart..couldn't use kettle or toaster power kept going out..the curtains and blinds had mold,and something else on them..EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND UP DATED..won't be staying here again..DONT STAY HERE

The communal facility’s were fine however the apartment we stayed in was dirty. Old mouldy sick on the curtains. Horrid smell. Bathroom door locks shut. Very dangerous if it had been a small child stuck in there as had to break ourselves out. Rotting doors. Dirty equipment. Old food left in the dish washer. Re washed all cutlery including the holder as was disgusting. Bedding clean however stained
