How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Couldn't fault a thing. We left just regretting we didn't have time to swim in the pool and stay longer to enjoy the serenity.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Easy access to town and surrounding suburbs. Stayed one night to attend a wedding In wallaroo with a group of friends. Booked two rooms. Both Rooms had everything we needed, and were clean and tidy. Air con was good considering it was 40 degrees outside . Bathroom clean and tidy with good water pressure in the shower.

The pillows were too flat and not very comfortable. BBQ could do with a good clean or upgrade the whole thing. Some outdoor chairs & tables were broken and rusted
Easy to get to and navigate. Good sized room. The shower was a decent size and had good pressure. Gentleman at the reception was lovely, and let us check in early 🙂

The pillows were shocking. May as well have not been there. The towels had stains on them, folded right on the top so the staff would have seen them.

Spacious room arrangement. Easy access to property and parking arrangement. Have stayed here previously as it is an easy drive to all towns in the Copper Triangle. The Motel is close to the Kadina Town Centre for shopping, restaurants and cafes.

Not sure the twin room was worth $148 for the night. The single bed was apparently not very comfortable. The queen bed was OK. Bathroom needs attention. No shelf for temporary toothbrush etc storage. The shower only has curtains, even with the best care it was impossible not to flood the bathroom/toilet. Step up into toilet (a few centimeters to accommodate new tiled floor in bathroom) caused a very sore foot during a midnight toilet visit. Convenient location to catch early Searoad ferry in Wallaroo. Cheaper accommodation if available preferred though.

Reception greeting was friendly enough - however, make sure you confirm what you have paid for.... I had specifically booked a "pool view room" - as per my confirmation, but got a "garden view" (which there isn't - I got a parking area view). I'd wanted the pool view, literally to be able to gain easier access and monitoring of the pool. Not a fan of the sign on the single bed advising that I would be surcharged $15 if I used the single bed - I'd booked a deluxe/twin room - and the venue had determined that I should only use the QS bed. Following discussions with reception, I was advised that the surcharge wouldn't be applied (given I'd booked for an adult and a child - and expected a bed for each of us). We were not the only couple who had similar conversations..... If your booking confirmation and rules say you won't be charged for your child - then don't try to add the cost on arrival.
Very clean and large motel rooms, with good parking facilities. Swimming pool was great - with numerous families we knew staying at the location - the kids had a ball. Was a great place to stay for a BMX event. Obliging staff (eg providing towels for the pool)...

Very clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet Very prompt after hour response when we found we could not operate the air conditioner in our room due to flat batteries in the remote.

No soap or soap dispenser in the shower. There was a soap dispenser over the hand basin only. Spare blanket had holes caused by insects and was dirty.
