Nothing. It delivered exactly what I expected it too, actually probably a bit more.

Location, ease of check in, cleanliness. It delivered what it is expected to deliver. It compared to most of the accomodation we experienced whilst in Australia. Kalbarri isn’t a huge place so good clean accommodation is a bonus to find. Excellent room rate. The rooms are constructed by brick, which I liked, and also the room was very spacious.

The only negative comment would be that the TV in the room did not have a good signal on any channel though this was not an issue for us on a 1 night stay.

The room and bathroom were large, the bed comfortable. There was a microwave and facilities for eating in but we did not take advantage of this. Instead we had an amazing meal at The Edge restaurant next door which was recommended to us, deservedly so, with good menu choices and reasonably priced. Overall Kalbarri Palm Resort was excellent value for money.

Facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. Had to have the shower head and kitchen tap Fixed when we got there. Room on the whole is clean

Close to everything. Easy walk to town and the skate park across the road is popular with the kids. Awesome pool and relaxed environment

The place is a bit old and it shows, but that being said it did the job and was great value.

I arrived after office hours and the instructions provided by the Kalbarri Palm Resort team was clear and concise to pick up the keys. The BBQ facilities was good enough for my family and I (3 pax) to make a simple meal and clean up was easy. We had a few kangaroos outside our room on the lawn in the morning too!

Wifi is limited to ‘hotspots’ rather than in the room. The kitchen is tired but adequate.

A great location just minutes from the beach, shops and bar. Pleasant surrounds with two nice pools and resident kangaroos each evening. The studio room is large and the bed is comfortable as are the pillows. The shower room also is a good size. The staff were lovely.

Air conditioning in the rooms struggled a little in high heat but not end of the world. Still comfortable enough.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Property is aged but still well kept all the same. Not an issue for us. We will stay again if in the area.

Even the air conditioner is a little bit old, but it still works well. The space of the room is quite large and really comfortable for stay. Since the late check-in, we didn't meet the staff, but we got the check-in information by them with hand writing information, which is really nice.

The kitchen could have more equipment. The stove took forever to get hot so cooking takes extremely long

The room is ok but old e.g. tiles in the shower came off, air conditioning was a bit loud even when off, wifi did not work at all

The resort itself is great with pools, barbecue and even kangaroos. Parking is provided right infront of the door. Reception was friendly. Short way to the beach.
