Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThere is a bit of confusion on the rate. I booked the room (via booking.com) for $100 for 2 adults and when I adjusted my booking to stay an extra night, I was told the rate was $120, and that they were having problems with booking.com adjusting this because the rate is $120. I guess what bothered me about the situation more than anything else is the casualness of how they go about the change of room rate and no real apology. Having said all this, in actual fact I do think the $120 for a motel room including breakfast is really good value for money, but the owners really need to sort this out with booking.com as it appears other people have had the same issue. I had made a group booking for 15 people for dinner, which was reconfirmed to me on 2 occasions, but on the night, they didn't have the reservation.
We stayed in a motel room (#3) and it is a generously sized room with a twin and single bed, TV, microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, and tea/coffee and cereal. Beds were comfy and reverse cycle A/c worked a treat. Continental breakfast was included and you can help yourself to bread, jam & butter in the dining room. We paid $120 per night and I think it's really good value for money.

AustraliaWanted to eat there BUT there was some unsavoury characters swearing and obviously pretty drunk.. we were there with my 91 year old mother and my older sisters and husbands… we chose to go to Rylstone to the Globe where we enjoyed a delicious meal. This is not meant to be mean or thoughtless to your feelings but we hope that the next time we visit the clientele will be scrutinised a little better… we do enjoy staying there… 😁😄
